Best Neck Massage I’ve ever tried!
I’ve tried a few other types of neck massagers and this one is definitely the best out of the bunch. The strap does a great job of keeping the massager pressed into your muscles. The massage itself is a first of it’s kind for me, feels very similar to human hands instead of the normal shiatsu rotating circles. Quality seems great and battery life is good. The unit runs for 10 mins before turning off but it you need more time you can run another cycle.

Nice. It does give pain relief and really gets in those tight muscles.
It’s nice. I recommend wearing a shirt that comes up to your neck for this otherwise it kind of pinches the skin a bit if on the “intense” setting. This actually feels the closest thing to human hands I’ve ever felt in a massager. The warmth feature isn’t great but it’s still really worth it to me. Please note that it automatically shuts off in ten minutes but you can turn it back on (press and HOLD the power button to turn it back on, tap to switch modes).

Surprisingly solid shiatsu massager with quirks—but worth it
For sixty bucks, I honestly didn’t expect this much pressure. The massage itself? No joke. This thing goes IN. I tried the “intense” mode once and felt it pounding straight into my bones. Ended up sticking with “normal” after that. There’s also a weird “itching” mode, but I didn’t vibe with it—felt gimmicky more than helpful.The heat function? Meh. There are two settings, but even on high it’s barely noticeable. That’s probably my biggest gripe because heat makes a huge difference for soreness.Fit-wise, it’s clearly made for neck and upper traps. That’s great if that’s your pain zone—but mine’s lower, thanks to years of slouching over screens and jacking up my rhomboids (shoutout to gross anatomy). So what did I do? Wore it upside down. And boom—it actually hit the right spot. Ridiculous, but effective. I’ve added a pic for reference if you’d like to try it out.A couple things to flag:• The 10-minute timer shuts off just as you’re getting into the zone. Super frustrating.• The rollers will crush your hand if you get curious mid-use. Ask me how I know.• The learning curve on first use is weirdly steep. I followed the user guide, but when I tried to put it back on a second time, I felt like a toddler solving a Rubik’s Cube.Despite all that, I’m keeping it. Compared to my old shiatsu back pillow that worsened soreness after use, this one actually helps relieve pain without flaring it up. It’s not a miracle cure, but it’s compact, deep, and versatile enough to move around where you need it.Verdict: 4/5. Loses a star for weak heat and that annoying timer, but honestly? If you need deep tissue pressure on a budget, this thing delivers.

Surprisingly SUPER Impressive
The quality of the item is superb. It feels very durable and premium. I was impressed with it right away. The instructions that come with it could be a little more detailed but that’s not a big deal. However, the only complaint I have is that the speaker that tells you the modes and heat setting is very low and hard to hear if you have the TV on or something (and I have excellent hearing too). The power that it has is very impressive, especially for something that is battery operated. It does an excellent job massaging and heating too. Highly recommend!

Heavy duty and muscle relaxing
This is such a great massager, a lot more robust than I would’ve expected. I do agree with other review that the intensity is pretty high, but I exercise often so I find that the intensity is perfect for relaxing and massaging my muscles. I’ve already used it multiple times and after each time I feel so much less tense. Especially at this price point it’s hard to beat

Maybe too strong? Or I don’t know how to use it.
Not sure exactly how to feel about this product or if I am using it wrong. It is very strong for a massager and I like that, however every time I have used it, I am getting a “rug burn” where the massager is contacting my skin.Again, maybe I am wearing it wrong, but I don’t think it is supposed to do that.
