Awesome journal
I just bought this journal a while ago and I love it so much, I don’t go a day without writing in this journal. It helps me keep track of how much water I have everyday, it helps me keep track of how many hours of sleep I get each night, and it helps me keep track of my meals. One of my favorite things about this journal is how much writing space I have to reflect on my day. It’s the perfect journal so I recommend this item to anyone.

Fantastic journal, focusing on wellness by insightful prompting questions on both pages. The second page is really about reflecting on how well the day went. The quality and style of this journal is wonderful. This is a journal. I will definitely buy again. I’ve only just begun using it, but it’s already giving me a sense of wellness in the structure of it. Highly recommend. And it has wonderful layout and quality and the price is affordable in a really nice way.

Nice journal
If you are looking for a pre-made wellness journal, look no further. It is undated, which is perfect for someone who may put it down and pick it back up later. There are 90 days or 3 months of entries available in this. Perfect for a quarter of the year. I’m using it for the winter months since those are harder for me. The only thing that could make this better would be more note pages, and maybe a pen loop but I could always add my own. The cover is soft and very classy. Paper is smooth and somewhat thick. I have minimal ghosting using a regular gel pen. This is something that could be decorated with washi and stickers , or just used functionally and plain. Overall, I think it’s a nice journal and suits most people’s needs in the wellness journey.

I love this because it’s so simple. The size is perfect. I love the cover is hardback. The pages are thick. There’s extra room in the back for notes and whatever you want to write. Perfect for the price. Keeps me organized and keeps me on track with workouts, meals, etc. I love the gratitude on the right side of the journal. Overall quality is great. I use a .5 mm pen to write inside by the way

This Journal is perfect for “Journaling Beginners” & simplifying the journaling process. So many influencers recommend journaling & I’ve purchased an expensive journal in the past that was supposed to change & completely re-organize my life & I used it for 2 weeks straight & never used it again. This is a great journal for beginner’s looking to get into journaling. It has a fairly simple layout that makes the prompts easy to follow and fill out. The book finish is beautiful and striking and the construction seems well built.I am very happy with the product.Pages are a thicker size and pen ink does not bleed through the pages, which is great.

I love this notebook. I feel like i have become much more aware of my own thoughts and feelings when i keep track of each day’s events and emotions.The book has many nice sections on your habit for example your sleep, meals in a day, self care, activities, the amount of water you consume, your overall feelings of the day, what went well today and etc.I am always looking forward to write about my day so i can see my progress in life and how my ordinary day seems to be better than i thought.
