Highly Recommend!
This ring is comfortable and easy to use with a lovely app that shows you so much information about your body. I love the BBT for tracking ovulation cycles. Now that we are pregnant I also love the information about our baby’s growth and development!It is waterproof, the sleep tracking and battery life are great. It has proven to be very accurate as well.

Great health ring with amazing tracking features!
really love this health ring! It’s super comfortable and tracks so many things. My favorite feature is the body temperature tracking — it’s so much easier than taking my temperature every day manually. I also like that the app lets you track pretty much anything you can think of, from calories and moods to symptoms, sex days, and even cervical mucus. It gives a really complete picture of your health.Another thing that really impressed me was the customer service. They actually reached out to ask for feedback so they could improve the app and product, which made me feel like they genuinely care about their customers. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and definitely recommend it!

Cheap quality not worth the price tag
If I could give a zero I would. I had this ring for a month literally and the outside ring cracked, I don’t do any heavy lifting or anything with it on. Then I went to take it off and the whole outer portion just came off leaving the inner portion of the ring still on my finger. It also doesn’t do anything unless you constantly sync it. So in order for it to even register your bbt you have to go into the app everyday every morning and the whole point in buying this was so that I wouldn’t have to go into an app and input this stuff. Also the battery is terrible last 3 days at the most. Don’t waste your money it’s not worth it. Just buy and Oura ring…

amazing product!!
loooove this product so much! my femometer has changed the game for me when it comes to tracking my cycle and other health data. it is very easy to use and is so accurate! typically, for biometric rings it is advised to wait at least 60 days after purchase for accurate female data, however, my femometer has been accurate since the very start! that impressed me right off the bat. it holds a charge for up to 4-5 days and then when you put it in the charging case it charges fully within a couple hours! i love how slim the ring is. it is very comfortable and most of the time i barely even notice that i’m wearing it. i love that there is no app subscription. i would 100% recommend this to any woman who wants to track their cycles or even just their sleep/health data.

Not worth it, do you research on other products for your goal
I waited to write this review to give this product a fair shake, but honestly I don’t understand the hype. It is thick which is expected but takes some getting used to and if you deal with any swelling like myself this ring feels like a claustrophobic torture device in the middle of the night. I am struggling to see the benefits of it. I was using it to try and help track ovulation along with other products as well as my wonky sleep but it can’t provide me any helpful information. I know I have poor sleep I didn’t need it to know that. I just feel like depending on your goals there are other more beneficial products on the market. Also note they HIGHLY advertise there is no subscription needed and that is a lie, in order to use the app and see your results you much purchase a subscription before you can even create a profile!!

Excellent tracker for sleep and TTC
I’m a huge fan of this product and the accompanying app. The ring is lightweight and attractive, the data has been accurate so far, and the app has a wealth of information to help inform and educate women about their bodies. You do have to charge the device every couple days depending on how often you refresh the data, but that wasn’t a problem for me.

Good potential but NOT WATERPROOF!
My first one died after a week or two. It wouldn’t charge or sync, and the ceramic cracked. I requested a replacement. After a brief delay (it was out of stock), the manufacturer sent me a new one. I quickly realized it was not very waterproof- I accidentally forgot to remove it while doing dishes. It had to spend some quality time drying in a bag of rice before it would charge again. The battery is supposed to last a few days. It lasts less than one day, so I can only wear it to bed and remove it during the day, much like a Tempdrop. So the activity tracking doesn’t really matter. The sleep data has trouble syncing with Apple Health. The sleep duration does, but Apple can’t interpret the sleep stage data. See photos. The first one is Apple Health. The second one is the Femometer app.

J’ai adopté la bague Femometer il y a quelques mois et je ne la quitte plus.Sa discrétion est un atout, au quotidien, inestimé.L’application associée est très intuitive et me permet de suivre aisément mes cycles.Bien sûr, il faut un peu de temps pour s’habituer à la prise de température basale, mais les résultats sont là.Je recommande cet outil remarquable à toutes celles qui souhaitent mieux comprendre leur corps et planifier leur fertilité.

After a thorough read of the instructions, it’s a really easy piece of equipment to set up and use, to complement a fertility pathway. My advice is to contribute as much information as possible to understand your own body and build the best picture (analysis) to help with conception and possibly fertility treatment.
