absolute necessity. it warms your entire back up to your neck & shoulders. so good for warming up, back pain, or simply just comfort. it gets super warm which is fabulous. it’s got a long cord so teaches an outlet that’s farther away. so easy to use. don’t get any other heating pad. get this one.

Short lifespan of heating pad
I bought this one for Me in June 2025, went to use it last week and it no longer turns on. I did everything unplug it and use another wall unit plug, unplug the cord to the pad, tried several time and it won’t turn on. I have bought several of these as gifts. I even emailed WUGE and never got a response. November 4, 2025

A gift my mom actually uses
I bought this for my mother who often has shoulder tension, and she loves it. The heat distributes evenly and penetrates deeply, which she says really helps her relax in the evenings. It’s soft, wraps nicely around the neck, and heats up quickly. The automatic shut-off gives me peace of mind. Seeing how much it helps her, I’m thinking of getting one for myself now.
