Pleasantly Surprised
I honestly didn’t expect to like this derma roller as much as I do. I’ve tried a couple of cheaper ones in the past, and they either hurt too much or felt flimsy. The Koi Beauty Titanium Microneedle Roller is completely different — it feels solid, rolls smoothly, and doesn’t snag on my skin at all.I started using it twice a week after cleansing my face, followed by my regular serum, and I can already tell a difference. My skin looks brighter and feels smoother, and I’ve noticed my skincare products seem to soak in better. I even think some of my acne scars have softened a little.I do get a bit of redness right after using it, but that’s totally normal and goes away within an hour or so. I always make sure to disinfect it before and after each use.Overall, I’m really happy with this roller. It’s well-made, easy to use, and gives visible results without spending a fortune on spa treatments. If you’ve been curious about microneedling, this is a great one to start with!

This dermaroller works really well. I’ve been using it alongside minoxidil, and not only has it boosted absorption, but it’s also made my skin look healthier and glow. Easy to use
I specifically chose this one because it’s a derma roller with titanium needles, which are known for being durable and sharp, which is important for beard area. When I use it, it feels sturdy and well-made in my hand. It’s surprisingly easy to roll over my beard area, and while you definitely feel the tiny needles, it’s not painful – more like a slight tingling sensation. I’m primarily using it to create micro-channels in the skin to help my beard oils and serums absorb better, and also to stimulate blood flow and collagen production, which are supposedly good for hair follicles. While I know consistency is key and results take time, I’ve already noticed that my beard feels a bit healthier and my products seem to be working more effectively.

Great beauty tool!
Bought this for my scalp originally and then ended up using it on my face. Works great, easy to use. Like that is comes with a case, especially since I’m using it on my face. It has a slight sting to it when you use it but it’s not terrible and my face actually feels great afterward.

Pretty good but painful
The roller itself seems good quality and solid, but the 0.75 size really hurts if you’re not used to microneedling. It was more painful than I expected, especially on sensitive areas.If you’re new to this, I’d go with a shorter length first. Once you get used to it, maybe then move up. It works fine, just not very comfortable starting out.

Just what I need for my skin care routine. I’ve been using shorter rollers for months, building up in length as I go. I was a little nervous about moving up to this level because I wasn’t sure I could tolerate the depth. Thankfully, I could! The price was excellent. It was easy to use, it rolled without any hesitations, and there was no bent or jagged pins on it that would tear up my face.This probably isn’t the right roller for beginners or those who haven’t developed the tolerance to handle a deeper microneedling rollers, but for me, it’s perfect!
