    I ordered this self-care work book, which is very thorough, at the same time I decided to start therapy for my mental illnesses. I haven’t gone back to purely because I’m so busy doing my therapy Workbook homework, otherwise I would be using it a lot more because I think it’s a great tool.The only con for me, is that the amount of questions per day can seem overwhelming. The pros are being able to take time to be introspective and self-reflect on your day, which for me aids me to stick to my schedule.

    Super quick and beginner friendly
    I bought this because I’ve been wanting to start journaling but not just with a blank book. I needed something like this for time management and so it’s a bit more meaningful to me. I am enjoying it so far. Also it does not come with a pen but with a pen holder! Which I find very convenient. Also there’s a small folder attachment at the very end of the book so it you want to add something there and there are 3 book markers attached to the book as well. Which I also find very helpful because I seem to be also breaking one off of other books

    Simple way to align
    Perfect way to stay aligned and focus in life. It’s nice because it’s pretty open and you write your own dates so if you skip a day it’s not the end of the world. And it’s not too much, you can spend as much or little time as you want each day. It’s perfect for me with a newborn and I spend just a couple minutes to write out my intentions for the day.

    I absolutely love the color and sleekness of the journal itself! It comes with built in bookmark also a place holder for your pen on the side! Also a little pocket in the very back of the book which is cute to hold posted notes or whatever you desire! Love the format of each page and little quotes that are listed on them as well! Overall very excited to dive into!
