I spend all day on my feet and usually get home tired and sore. This purchase has been one of my best investments for keeping my feet relaxed. I like that it has options that adapt to my needs; it’s great that it applies pressure to my feet, giving you the feeling of getting a real massage.

Shiatsu Foot Massager Machine
Absolutely my favorite gadget at the moment. My feet ALWAYS hurt – all along the bottom/soles, both feet, but especially along the bottom of my heels. Soaking in Epsom salt feels good, but I was looking for another way to relieve my constant pain other than taking medications.I came across this massager machine and was impressed by all the different functions. I’m used to seeing heat and massage, but the idea of compression was quite intriguing as well. I also like that this includes a wireless remote. And I appreciate that the inner “liner” part can be removed and cleaned/washed.There are several settings on the machine, each with three settings – i.e. there are three settings on the timer, three for heat level, three for massage intensity and three for compression intensity.I feel like the massage part is pretty intense/strong, and since my feet hurt A LOT, I can’t handle the setting higher than the lowest setting. The part that massages the front of my foot feels great, but the part that massages the middle and back of the foot hits along the outer edge of my foot instead of along my arch, and that part gets a bit uncomfortable to me at anything other than the lowest setting. Sometimes I turn the massage function off entirely and just enjoy the heat and compression. The compression setting feels SO GOOD on my feet. The heat feels good as well, but I wish it got a lot hotter. I honestly don’t notice much of a difference between the three heat levels – even at the “hottest” setting it really doesn’t feel all that warm to me.The machine itself is rather quiet – I can easily use it while watching TV, and still hear the TV without problem.All in all, I love this little machine and look forward to using it every day as soon as I get home from work!

Best Mechanical Massager For my Feet EVER!
This was a perfect gift to my Fibromyalgia feet, I suffer from planter fasciitis and it also affects my tendons in my ankles and causes tendinitis flare ups. If both of those flare up it can set off the fibro. Some shiatsu type massagers I just can not do, the rollers are too big or pinch. I am a size 71/2 to 8 woman’s shoe and this is one of the top ten most wonderful things I ever got for myself. The firmness feels like going for a bit of gentle reflexology, but you can increase the pressure in both setting of Shiatsu and Compress. Also with Fibromyalgia with suffer often from neuropathy in our feet. Mine has been getting concerning and using this massager will keep circulation up and more of my nerves alive and working. It is easy as far as functionality. Even the settings it came on were heavenly before I adjusted them to knead a bit more to break up any knots in my arches.I worked retail, through school did some waiting on tables and became an Art teacher. I understand sore feet at the end of Christmas rush or a long week prepping my classes for a school wide art show. I wish I had this sooner and perhaps my feet would be in better shape at 55. And it is October but I love Christmas pajamas when I have a cold. All but one member of my family has a gross cold so I really needed extra pampering tonight after caring for my sick kiddo and making soup, stews and teas on my feet and barely sleeping. Yay! It is a solid unit too, seems to be high quality craftsmanship. If I am wrong I will edit this and let you all know.

A solid option
This is a foot massager with heat, compression and shiatsu functions. Each of the three functions has three power levels, and you have a choice between 15, 20, and 30 minute timers.The build quality is very good. It’s very sturdiyly constructed out of high-quality-feeling plastic with a nice buffed finish. The two feet holes have a removable fabric lining that unzips for cleaning, a great feature I didn’t know I needed until I saw it. There’s more than enough space inside to accomodate my size 11 (male) feet.The compression function compresses the top of the foot and the back of the heel in two places. It really firmly squishes your foot on even the medium setting. The high setting is frankly too much for me, but could be good if you really want pressure or have smaller feet.The shiatsu consists of rotating rollers that move up and down along the bottoms of your feet. The different power levels control the speed. In combination with the pressure, these can push pretty hard into your feet.The heat is pretty subtle, honestly. When wearing socks, I could barely feel it even on high. The heat builds up over time though so it’s ok in the end.The unit comes with a power cord and remote that controls all the functions, same as the buttons on the unit itself. The remote is RF so you don’t need to have line of sight to the massager.Overall, this thing is extremely relaxing and can be quite powerful. For $80 on sale, this is comparable in price to many other units on the market, making this a fine option. I’ll give this five stars!
