Really relaxes both my feet and my back! I love it.
I have been using this for a week now and love it! For reference, I got the one where the controller is tethered to the massager via a cord (not the one with a wireless remote). My evaluation of its features include:1. It is easy to control using the controller. The controls are: massage off/on/direction, massage speed, and heat low/med/high. I initially wondered if I would like the tethered controller instead of a remote, and I have decided I like the tethered one a lot because: (a) once I put it up in my lap I never have to reach down to push buttons and (b) I have one less thing (the controller) to lose and keep recharged. So, I am very happy with the model I bought.2. The foot massage is great and leaves my feet feeling relaxed. Based on others’ reviews, I initially wondered if it would tickle my feet too much – it turns out not at all. I really like how it feels and I keep the massage level on high all the time.3. The back massage was a pleasant surprise. I bought it mainly for foot massage but have found I love putting it behind my back as I sit in a chair. Very comfortable and relaxing. It is now a toss up whether I like it for feet better than for my back!4. The heat is very nice and adds to the massage. I keep the heat level on high all the time – and I would welcome an even higher heat setting. It takes a while for it to reach its max heat and so I typically restart it after it shuts off the first time (it has a timer) to really get the benefit of the heat. With all of that said, the heat is great as it is.5. I have alternated using it for my feet with the cover zipped on and with it zipped off. It does hold the heat in best with the cover on. But, when I zip the cover off I have full freedom to move my feet around and massage the ends and edges of my feet even better. Also, with the cover off I have found I like to rotate it 90 degrees and use both massage heads on one foot at a time. So, it is very versatile.6. My feet are size 12-13 and I think I am at the edge of how large you would want to get. But it is big enough as it is for me.

Does as intended, could use a minor improvement
I bought three of these, one for me and two for gifts, two in light grey and one in dark grey. The velvet material on the inside and out is soft and smooth–very nice on my feet. The warmer is lightweight but not flimsy. The paddding is just thick enough to allow the warmer to retain its shape, and not slouch like a messy sack (my experience with a differnet model). The controls on the side coupled with the remote that has some additional features makes this an easy use item. There are two heat settings, low which is subtle and high which is the setting I use all the time. I am ALWAYS cold and having my feet warm makes a big difference. I no longerhave to sit at my desk wearing a coat. I wear a cardigan or fleece and have my feet in the warmer. Nice! My design improvement wish list: 1) Allow for a longer heating time. Currently there are two time settings. Using the controls only on the warmer will give you 15 minutes of warmth, however, from cold, it takes a good 10 minutes for the warmth to grow to the point of being helpful, and then a few minutes later it shuts off. Like a heated blanket, it would be good to have at least two hours of consistent heating before shutdown. You cannot extend beyond 15 minutes from the controls on the warmer. You can extend an extra 15 minutes by using the timer on the remote for a total of 30 minutes. I realize this is for safety, but heating pads and electric blankets run a lot longer, so I’m not sold on the safety aspect. 2) When you turn the warmer on with the remote, the “massage” automatically turns on. I really dislike that feature. I have to scroll through the massage levels before it will turn off. You should have to select a function like massage or heat, instead of functions turning on by default. The “massage” is really just a rumbling vibration, it does not have typical features of a true foot massager. That is fine for me since I bought this for warming, not massage. Although the bottom of the warmer zips off so that you can use the massage portion on other areas of the body, given that it is little more than a vibration, I can’t imagine that feature being important to most buyers. If you are looking for a good quality and well-priced foot warmer, this may be the right option for you.Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase, and the two gift recipients have told me that they really like this foor warmer.

I received this product a few days ago and have been using it regularly. It works as advertised from the product description. The rotating, heated heads do a good job of massaging one spot on your feet. I’ve also used it to massage my leg calves, and it works well. Note, you have to move your feet or legs around to get other areas, as the motor heads don’t shift horizontally in the base.It comes with a nice, soft, plush removable cover that keeps your feet warm while getting a massage, and all remote, timer, speed settings are simple and sufficient. Note that the two “modes” described only change the rotation direction of the shiatsu-ball heads (clock or counter-clockwise). They don’t change the depth or type (e.g. rolling) of massage. However, I find the alternating modes (changing rotation direction every few minutes) to be sufficient.If there was one critique I have, it is that the plush cover is quite tight. I have US-size 8 feet, and I have to move my feet laterally to get to other parts of the foot. Shifting my feet on occasion in the plush cover is tight. People with bigger feet might find this even more constraining – you can get around this by removing the plush cover and putting your feet directly on the base, which is something you might do in warmer temperatures.Overall, a good, fun product for the price.

I bought a foot massager for my home office in the basement mostly because of the heat. And from the first day it became my workday bestie.It runs quietly. Both the heat and massager have 2 levels of intensity and the rollers can rotate clockwise and counter-clockwise. I have a pretty big size, so to be able to massage every part of the feet I have to remove a fluffy top cover and use only the control panel which is also soft and pleasant.I am so happy about this purchase

This foot massager is amazing! After a long day of standing, it really helps relieve the tension and makes my feet feel so much better. The massage balls hit all the right spots and provide great relief. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of a soothing foot massage!
