Cozy Microfiber Heavy Blanket: The material of grey blanket is microfiber polyester, which is stronger, more elastic & comfortable. With a dense stitching pattern interweaving into a 7-layer structure, the beads stay intently inside the compartments without scattering, while allowing for increased breathability through the blanket, great for the hot summer nights.
UNIQUE CRAFTSMANSHIP: When sewing our weighted blankets, we use double-wrapped threads to make the sewing around the heavy blanket firmer. Needle pitch 1″/9 stitches (including quilting stitch length, to ensure that the glass beads inside the heavy blanket do not run away move). One loop on each of the four corners and one loop on each of the four sides (1cm wide*6cm long, fixed by turning back stitch), a total of 8 loops, easy to install the duvet cover.
CHOOSE RIGHT SIZE: As a weighted blanket with throw size(48″x72″), adults would be relieved by the warmth hug provided by its gentle pressure of evenly distributed glass beads of without soreness in muscles and bones. Choose the right size to get a comfortable experience. Research recommends the weighted blanket should be a minimum of 10% of yours weight. If you are trying for the first time, a lighter heavy blanket is more suitable.

Great Quality Fabric, Durable stitching, Perfect Weight
My daughter absolutely LOVES her blanket!!! It is soft, durable and great quality in the fabric and stitching. it holds in warmth and is still breathable material. True to a twin-size blanket, it is plenty big enough for her to curl up under when she’s sleeping or just lounging around. She falls asleep so much faster, and I’ve noticed she doesn’t roll around as much in her sleep. It’s just a simple, deep navy blue blanket, but she picked the color herself and was very happy with the color. All in all it was well worth the purchase and if we ever need a replacement or to go up in weight I will definitely be coming back to this seller again! GET THIS BLANKET!

Comfortable, feels like a hug
I love this thing. To me the weight is perfect. Not too much, not too little. It is a very small blanket, like a throw or for a small person if you want to use it for full body coverage.

I absolutely love this blanket. Best sleep I’ve gotten in a long time! The blanket is well made and seems like it will last the test of time. It’s warm but I think it will still be useable in the summer.My only recommendation is to order up one size larger for your bed. After looking at other reviews, I purchased a king size blanket for my queen size bed and it’s barely the same size of a normal queen blanket. If I had ordered the queen size it would have basically been the exact same size as the mattress.

Sleep better? oh yeah.
I am a ‘heavy blanket’ person. Until now, that has meant 4 or 5 blankets in the winter and I have never, ever been a good sleeper. I was positive a weighted blanket would work at least somewhat in my case. I went by the chart to determine the blanket weight for my size. I am honestly blown away. Yes, I thought it would be better than my current set up, but didn’t realize how fantastic it would be. I live in a ‘long winter’ climate, so I had no worries about warmth – just pop one more blanket on top and I’ll be fine. From the moment I climbed in, I was asleep. Again, I’ve never been a good sleeper but since getting this blanket, I sleep amazingly better. In the meantime, we had a few very hot days and my bedroom is on the second floor so it stays in the 70’s at night and I was afraid that the blanket would be too warm. It wasn’t! I can’t say it ‘cooled’ me, but it was definitely not too warm, or for that matter even just warm. I was just comfortable. Now that the cold is back, it has superior warmth even without another blanket on top – just the sheet and the weighted blanket. So far it has held up to my tugging and pulling. It’s a decent design and the material is comfortable and soft. I have a king bed but my husband needed a different weight so I bought us each a twin and it works out beautifully. It’s gonna be a great hibernation this winter! I would definitely recommend.

I should have bought a heavier one
In brief, this is an acceptable weighted blanket. My grey blanket might not be everyone’s favorite, but that’s why there are multiple color options. It smelled new when I received it, it was sufficiently textured to stay on my body, the stitching was flawless, the color was consistent, and it did actually weigh 12 pounds. The only issue I had that could even be remotely considered a problem is that I ordered a 12 pound blanket and when I covered myself in it, it felt essentially weightless to me despite weighing 12 pounds (I checked). That’s not, however, a problem with the blanket and it would be dumb to blame the seller. I asked for a 12 pound blanket. I was shipped a 12 pound blanket. I thought a 12 pound blanket would be heavy enough to provide satisfactory pressure; it was not. It’s still a good entry level weighted blanket though. If you’re used to weighted blankets though, I would buy one of the heavier options.

I got this to help soothe anxiety and with my sleep, and so far it’s been amazing.The fabric is soft to the touch without being slippery so if some of the weight is off the edge of the bed, it’s not hauling the whole thing off. It sits against other bedding nicely. I got the twin despite having a king bed so I could focus the weight and keep it on my side. I can also toss and turn on the bed enough that I can get out from under it without having to kick the covers off to get free.I was thinking I wanted to get a heavier weight before reading that it’s best to start at 10% of your body weight, so I was aiming for 15-20 lbs. I have some sensory sensitivities where lots of pressure helps when I’m overwhelmed, but I’m actually really happy with this 12lb. version. This suits me well for general use where heavier might have been used on an as-needed basis and not comfortable to keep on the bed every night.It’s really nice as a throw blanket while I’m reading or chilling on the couch. I feel more grounded and anchored in my relaxation, it’s some weird but tangible difference in how I exist under the even weight. I’m less aware of the textures of fabric on my skin, fleece or soft fuzzy blankets are cozy and feel nice but pressure does cozy in a way texture doesn’t and I’m realizing that now. When I’m overwhelmed, I fold the blanket to stack more weight in certain areas, so I don’t miss having a few extra pounds overall.
