This is totally a new concept for me,the blanket is pretty heavy with glass bean in it,but it really helped me with my insomnia.The gentle sense of being wrapped up provides a feeling of safety, which is especially helpful during anxious moments. The filling inside the blanket is evenly distributed, and the weight is just right—not too heavy or oppressive. The fabric also feels soft and gentle against the skin，I washed twice, it hasn’t shown much deformation, proving to be more durable than I expected.

I bought this weighted blanket to use on top of my electric blanket (which was not staying in place due to its light weight). This thing works great; it is very well made and keeps the bed toppings in place, reducing work every morning. The fabric is soft and the blanket is filled with glass beads in every 7” square compartment, distributing the weight evenly. The 15 pound queen size blanket is the right weight and size for me. It feels cozy and provides just the right amount of pressure, plus it stays in place throughout the night. I recommend this!
