Best sleep mask for dry eyes and migraines
I suffer from light sensitivity, migraines, and severely dry eyes. My eye doc recommended sleeping with a mask like this one to protect my eyes at night and improve deep sleep, and it has definitely helped. It’s silky enough to be kind to my hair and skin, but has a thick enough strap and a good enough fit not to slide of my head at night.This is my second mask by this brand and the first is still going strong! I like to rotate through these so I can wash them frequently and they hold up really well, but be sure to use a wash bag so that the Velcro on the strap doesn’t snag on other items in the wash.

The color is perfect (light plum, matches my silk pillow case) and after years of having my sleep disrupted after working nights and going through adrenal burnout, I am finally getting a great nights sleep!!! I used to use sleep masks when I had to sleep during the day, but whichever kind I tried, I would wake up cross eyed from the pressure on my eyes. This one is perfect in every way. Cancels the light, helps me go back to sleep quickly if I do happen to wake up (hello hot flashes) and is so comfortable. No eye pressure, no face pressure, no smashed hair in the back. I am literally telling everyone I know about this product. I have also used melatonin and many other sleep supps and nothing works as well as this!

The best sleep mask I’ve ever owned
I have worn sleep masks every single night for years -this one is the best I’ve owned.It’s excellent at blocking the light, it’s extremely comfortable, and most importantly it doesn’t irritate my skin like the synthetic ones. It feels like a gentle hug around your head. Wholeheartedly recommended.

This runs a little hot but is otherwise comfortable. It stays on well and filters 100% of light. It download its sheen after the first hand wash. Great purchase for the money.

10/10. i thought maybe the velcro closure behind the head would bother me since im a back sleeper but i dont feel it at all. its amazing at blocking out light and not squeezing your temples like other masks. it doesnt leave any face creases either.
