Great product, works better than expected. I bought it as replacement for a classic car. The warm white light makes it look original, even though it is brighter. I currently use it as turn signal light. Works great!

Should have read the reviews
I needed to replace the tail lights on my kayak trailer with waterproof LED lights that were BAY15D. So looking at the description this hit all the marks for me. Since it’s for a trailer I didn’t have to worry about the LED Hyper Flash issue (truck doesn’t register the lights as being dead). But what I failed to look at is that the description doesn’t mention that these are for blinker lights for which my trailers brake lights also double as my turn signals. So after getting them hooked up, I tested them to find out that they DO NOT blink when turning on the turn signals. Another reviewer had mentioned this below, so this was my fault for not reading the reviews and just assuming that they should blink. So in fairness I didn’t remove any stars from this review for not being usable as turn signal lights. As for connection and brightness, they fit in the slots just as they should and the brightness of the lights was pretty good. It has a plastic cover around the lights which is supposed top make them water proof but seeing as I am not using them for this I can not attest to their level of waterproofing.All-in-all, ensure that you read the descriptions fully and read all the reviews… I now make it a habit to read all the one star comments first to get an idea of issues that other people have with the products.

Bought these for my garden tractor headlights that gets use in summer for grass cutting and winter for snow removal.Been over a year now with no problems.Installed and fit just like the 1156 incandescent bulbs they replaced only 10 times brighter.

Dont last long in vintage scooters without a battery.
Do not use in a vintage 2 stroke scooters. These bulbs plug in great and operate for about 2 minutes before burning out. And its not just this brand. I tried many brands and they all do the same thing. I smoked 4 bulbs in 8 minutes. Before plugging these bulbs in, I tested them on a multi meter and a 12v power supply. The bulbs ran for 5 min+ (could have lasted longer if I wanted the test to go on). But the same bulbs died in less than 2 minutes when plugged into my scooter. My vintage Lambretta has no battery, so the voltage fluctuates with the RPM of the motor. LED bulbs flicker and react to the ups and downs of the power produced…and I think this is killing these bulbs. A regular incandescent bulb will last for 6 months or more….but they produce dim light dim. I hoped a LED would put out a brighter light, but they cant cope with the dirty electrical power my scooter makes.
