At 20 mg per gummy, these are a pretty high dose. I cut the gummy in half and only took half and was out for the night within 30 minutes. They work and work quickly. There are 60 gummies per bottle. The taste is “okay”. Not great but not too bad either. The texture is fine, not gritty. Now for the bad – even with keeping these in a cool place all but about 6 of the gummies were stuck together and trying to get them apart is a sticky mess. I think this would be a great product if they could add an ingredient or a coating that would keep them separated.

THIS! I have a sleep disorder and use a CPAP. The rx I was using would be great until 3am and I would wake up. But THIS MELATONIN is better. I now sleep soundly11pm to 6:30am…. Without fail. It’s a keeper,

They stick together
I should have listened to the reviews that stated they stick together. It’s basically like buying a lump of gummies. Even if you shake up the jar they don’t fall apart. As far as working, I bought them as they are sugar free and my current ones have sugar. I have taken these for about a week at the same time I was taking my previous ones and they do not work as quick. They do work through. One star rating though because they are not broken apart and you literally have to reach in with a finger to try and separate them.

Good flavor and POWERFUL! Start working in about 30 minutes, I’ve been halving these and they are still plenty strong and make me drowsy in the same time. They are sticky and tend to clump together in the bottle and are difficult to get out.

Consistent with other Meletonin I’ve taken
I regularly take melatonin at night which mildly helps with my insomnia, but it’s not a knock-out drug. It’s extremely similar to this in both appearance of the gummies as well as the bottle, but it’s a different brand. I switched from using that one to this one and didn’t notice a difference which, is a good thing as the other one works.The gummies have a nice soft texture and pleasant taste. About the only complaint I can come up with is that the gummies, both this brand and the other one this mirrors, stick to the bottom of the bottle, so you need tweezers or something similar to get them out. It’s not a big deal though.Overall, this Melatonin is just fine, and taste fine. No major complaints, I’m just not doing 5-stars because it’s pretty run of the mill, and used the exact same labeling template as the other brand, making me slightly question if it’s a large business in supplements, or someone using a template in all areas, including the manufacturing process.
