I CAN WALK AGAIN!
Been buying OrthoFeet, good product, but NO WHERE NEAR THE COMFORT and stability, that this shoes provides. I’m 76 years, H.S. runner, lifetime of relying on legs and feet for small farming, serious outside work, knee bone spur, peripheral neuropathy, but these Shoes!!! I’m back walking @2 miles a day with my strong male rescue dog without hesitation, pain, or weakness because that heal design creates stability and what seems as an even blood flow in foot. I also use a Redi-Thotics insole, though I use that on all my shoes. So, this shoe is the difference between steady and ready to move or not! Highly recommend for daily use, not just running or hiking. (Not knocking OrthoFeet, the shoes and the insoles provided offered comfort and great help; however, these Adidas Terrex Soulstride beat the other brand by a global mile. I saw my daughter wearing them (she’s my old self athletic), noticed the HEAL shape, asked her how they felt, took a chance and bought these shoes. Called her Immediately after trying them on to thank her profusely!

Great shoe
For the most part these are great shoes. Quality is what you would expect from Adidas. In my opinion, that’s great quality. The sole is very comfortable with lots of cushion and arch support. I think they will be great for hiking. I do not like hiking boots and prefer trail runners. These have a good mesh amount to keep your feet cool but enough solid area to keep them dry if you are dealing with minimal amounts of water. The heel is a bit bulky but provides a lot of extra support. I love the bright orange color. I always try to get bright colors for hiking gear just in case I need to be seen. The only complaint I have is that they are tad narrow. I have a narrow foot, and these are snug on me. It’s not an uncomfortable amount though. They will also stretch more as I wear them in. Length wise they are true to size. I wear a 7 and these have the perfect amount of room between the tip of the shoe and the tip of my big toe. If I went a half size bigger for width they would be too long. I have another pair of Adidas I wear to the gym that I had to go half a size smaller (Adidas Swift Run). All in all, these are a great shoe and prove to me again why I always by Adidas. 4 stars because of the narrow width.

I purchased these shoes for my daughter. She is very happy with them and says they are very comfortable but did have a break in period of a day or two. She wore them when we were hiking and had no issues with traction on different types of terrain. They seem to be true to size and well made. Should last her for quite a while.

Not my favorite terrex shoe
I didn’t love these shoes. I’m a huge Terrex fan overall and wear them hiking all of the time, but these felt super tight on the top of my feet and were a little uncomfy. I also have very narrow feet so i was surprised.

By far the MOST comfortable shoe I have EVER worn in my life and I am 54! I wear these shoes for a moderate 5 km hike 5 days a week and I haven’t one complaint. I purchased them mostly for their ‘hybrid’ ability to walk on pavement as equally comfortable as when I’m hiking on the trails. And this shoe lives up to and surpasses this feature. I have bought Adidas shoes for over 30 years now and for me personally, the best name brand runners on the market! I love them so much that I purchased a second exact pair which will remain in the box until whenever my first pair wears out. EXCELLENT product.
