Helps with ADHD and anxiety
I love this blanket! My son has noticed an improvement with his anxiety and a sense of calmness since he started using the blanket. My son struggles with transitions and has a lot of anxiety, and he doesn’t really acknowledge self-awareness, so for him to notice an improvement has merit.

Soft, but Awful Quality
While the blanket is soft to the touch, the quality is awful. Seams and stitches were already coming undone straight out of the bag, glass beads got all over the bed. If I didn’t absolutely need this right now, I would return it in a heartbeat. As it stands, I’ll be purchasing a different blanket from a different brand.
