Great for glutes and abs
These are a great addition to my home gym. Every time I’ve used them, I’ve been so sore the next day. They are really great for glutes and abs, and it’s nice that you can double up on the elastics for extra resistance. The ankle wraps are really comfy and they stay in place well, other than a bit of rotating depending in the exercise.

I haven’t tried them out yet because I keep making excuses on going to the gym. Plus I don’t have a car. But I do little workouts at home. I like them, and I can’t wait to try them out. They are very restrained in their stretching capacity which I honestly think will do wonders in my workout sessions. I recently started getting back into the color pink so I actually like them.

Perfect for WFH workouts
If you WFH and have a sit stand desk (I bought mine right here on Amazon) it’s great for squeezing in some leg and glute workouts in.Yes the walking pads are great also for this, but starting from scratch to build my office I decided to sacrifice a walking pad in the beginning for other items I wanted. After having these for a while, I can say I feel like I am actually building some tone as opposed to just burning calories AND I am not left breathing heavily like I tend to do with a walking pad.

I end up going for my booty bands more than these. The bands end up being too long, even when using the highest resistance, you still have to kick your leg back pretty far to feel the burn. It’s. Decent alternative if you don’t have a cable machine, I just don’t reach for them as often.
