Good product, great customer service
I bought the massage gun for my wife. She works on her feet all day, and comes home with back and hip pain. She likes the two prong attachment for between her shoulder blades, and the flat, round attachment for her hips. The devices is pretty powerful, we haven’t used it above level 2. Unfortunately the device stopped charging about 10 months in, but after filling out the customer service form on their website, and one follow up email later, I had a replacement in the mail. Customer service was fast, polite, and professional. I also learned they extended their warranty to 24 months whether you register your product or not. I will update this review if we have any issue with the replacement, but for now I would highly recommend this massage gun, and I’m pleased the company stands behind it.

Nice Massage Gun & attachments, Good Company
We purchased one for ourselves and one for a family member.Gentle enough for my wife/sensitive people, and moderately strong for deeper work. Good balance for a massage gun with different needs.Gun is more compact and lighter than some.Seems to be of good quality.Attachments have a thread in system, so secure.The cold/heat attachment really does both, and is my wife’s favorite!Charge time is pretty good, I’d guess more than an hour of running time on a charge.Recharging takes a few hours.The hot/cold attachment charges separately.We find this to be effective.We have used it on low back, hips/glutes, thighs/quads, legs, arms.The force is pretty good, we typically use on a lower slower setting. Amplitude is the same just a lower frequency.Has nice zipper soft case for massage gun and attachments.Check out Bob & Brad videos on YouTube too, very educational!Original unit stopped working, charging after 8 months, but contacting Bob and Brad was easy and they shipped a replacement unit which arrived in just 5 days via Amazon. Great customer support and service!

A lesson in true customer service!
I have been using this product for the last 12 months and absolutely love it! One minor glitch with the battery charging and the customer service team swung into action instantly to not just fix the issue but replaced the whole set. Amazing attitude to customer satisfaction and a true lesson for other vendors out there. Highly recommend this product.

Excellent costumer service and product!
My whole family loves this machine. My mom has owned a hypervolt for years which is 3X the price and this one performs just as well! I love that its lightweight so your wrist does not get exhausted while massaging. I had an issue with my gun and I contacted the support email, and within 24 hours received a response and the team solved my issue ! I am please with the promptness, the kindness of the costumer service team, and the outcome. I would recomend this massage gun to anyone looking for one!

Great customer service
The gun feels hefty and well-built in your hand and all the different attachments are fun and work well. My only issue is that the battery died suddenly about a month ago BUT a quick email with video evidence sent to BOB AND BRAD and they had a replacement on its way back to me SUPER QUICKLY and PAINLESSLY. Their customer service is terrific. I just hope that this one lasts. But given that my warranty doesn’t end until Apr 2027, I still feel confident that I made the right choice!

Best company on the market
This company is absolutely amazing. My massage gun stopped working so I reached out to support. I told them about it and sent them a video of the issue. They sent me a brand new one and extended my warranty. If you want a massage gun I highly recommend Bob + Brad. They do an amazing job

Great customer service. Company responded promptly to my questions regarding the warranty. Product was shipped and received in a timely manner. Massage gun works great on tired and sore muscles.Be sure to keep it properly charged so it is ready when you need it. Here is their recommendation: 💞An Important Battery Care Tip💞To maximize your device’s battery life and maintain optimal performance, we kindly recommend not fully depleting the battery before recharging. For the best user experience and consistent device performance, we suggest beginning to charge your device when the battery indicator shows 1 LED constantly lit (before it starts blinking). UPDATE REVIEW – DEAD AFTER 7 MONTHS:I bought this back on Aug. 31, 2023, was very impressed as in my original feedback below. With the exception that it should have a separate On/Off switch.Now it’s April 11, 2024 just 7 Months Later and it’s DEAD. This item was only used by me and not abused. I am a senior and looked after this item hoping I would have it for a long time. But, now it’s DEAD.It was on a Full Charge, while using it there were still 3 of the four charge indicators lit, then, it just stopped working. It was only running for about 5 minutes so it was not an overheating thing. Just died and now it’s useless.I don’t see a link to reach out to the seller to let them know. Maybe they would replace it with a bit of luck, we shall see.Costco has one similar which might be a good bet as they are great on looking after their customers.I bought one of these after seeing the smaller version a friend of mine has. I am pleased with this massager, it has a good quality feel to it and should last a long time. The categories for rating “Pain Relief” this definately does the job to provide good pain relief. As for catefory “Battery Life” well I only have this a short time and I have no reason the battery won’t have an overall long life, only time will tell. And, the “Easy to Use” rating, well, it is easy to get a good comfortable grip for use and also easy to change the various heads what come with the massager. One not so convenient thing with the ease of use is the On/Off power. There are five different speeds, the speed button and power on/off button are one and the same. If you operate the massager by pressing once you are ON speed ONE and if you want to TURN OFF the massager you need to cycle through speeds, TWO, THREE, FOUR and FIVE before reaching the POWER OFF, that is FIVE presses to turn OFF the massager……. maybe an individual POWER ON/OFF button may be a design improvement and added convenience. Overall rating right now, I am happy with the massager and feel that it will do it’s job well; I would buy again.UPDATE: After using this for over a month I have just one complaint. There should be an ON/OFF Switch added. Each time I use this it’s usually on the “low” speed, then in order to turn the massager OFF I need to CLICK the BUTTON a FULL 5 times to turn it OFF. The speed button and the power button are one and the same. This really becomes annoying and inconvenient quickly. Make this modification and I would say you have the best massager ever. Other than this MAJOR inconvenience it’s a great massager.UPDATED REVIEW: MAY 2025 ………………My first review of this C2 Massager was correct. It was totally fabulous in every way. It does everything you want and more. It is built to last and built to satisfy and get the job done.I added updated comments about 7 months after purchase. If I every provide an opinion or feedback and realize after that I was wrong or unfair in any way I think it’s simply the right thing to do is come back and let that be known.It is definitely well deserved in this case that I need to give an update.I could give a lot of detail, instead I will get to the point.I was wrong about the “POWER SWITCH”….. there is a SIMPLE way to turn this massager OFF with just ONE simple click. It’s embarassing, but I did not press hard enough on the power button. All I had to do was press just a tiny bit harder for a second or two and presto, it’s TURNED OFF.As for this C2 Massager failing after 7 months – NOPE again. Yes, I am honestly the dumb one here…. all I had to do is1) PLUG it in correctly, wow, how hard is that…. and…. 2) use a little energy and PRESS the POWER Button.I want to let you know that THIS COMPANY WAS HERE FOR ME, I should have commented earlier, but better late than never. When you post fair comments they read both the good and the not so good. This company listens to you and will look after you.
