It works very well. some people says it does not help their feet, but I have both left and right foot problem for sorenessand it resolved both. The price was okay and I would recommend it to anyone have foot problems. I could hardly walkon my feet for long periods of time, but now have no problems walking 4 to 5 miles. The pain went away after 1 week. the quality of the equipment is solid and comfortable. I wear size 13 and have plenty of room inside of the foot massagers.

It’s a life changer
Bob & Brad with another winner, this foot massager is heavenly and brings daily relief. It gets used almost every morning & evening, and has multiple different settings. This version says it’s good for up to size 14 feet, not when you take width into consideration but fits size 11 2E some room to spare. It’s powerful, but with a lightweight yet fairly durable, and significantly better quality than some similar products out there. The 2 year warranty was one of the main contributing factors in deciding on going with Bob & Brad, and we sure are glad we did.

Awesome foot care
I just received the Bob n Brad foot massager and used it for the recommended 15min it felt great and very comfortable I used the mid setting on all modes truly is awesome I’ll plan on using this at least twice daily and will return in 90 days to give an Extended user updated if it continues to give awesome feeling and results I’ll go for 10 stars lol honestly it feels really good and worth the money !

Nice product
Nice foot message machine. Messages the bottom area of your foot arch with a roller type action that can include warmth, speed and other options. I have size 12 feet and was able to get in and out ok but it says it will fit size 14. Might be tight at that size. It works best if your foot sits exactly flat. I had to force my knees together to do that. Like most folks it’s not natural to have your knees right together when sitting. I bought this to help with my foot neuropathy and too early to tell about that.

The single best thing I’ve ever bought.
For reference, I work in a steel mill and do between 15-19k steps a day (6-9miles roughly) on concrete and steel plates. I have been looking at these for a while and debating between a cheap $50 unit or a good one. I did some research and this brand seems to be favorite of everyone on redit, so I took the gamble.It arrived today and after using it the first two times I can say without a doubt it is amazing. This is the answer to the pain problem I’ve been trying to solve for months. I have only gone as high as level 2 of 3 on all settings and it has serious pressure, kneading and heat. If you spend your days on your feet do yourself a favor and spend the money.I see some poor reviews on the longevity of the unit. The manual says to only run for 15min (it will automatically shut off) then allow at least 30 minutes to cool as continuous runing can damage the unit by overheating. I am thinking the people complaining may be runing it back to back. Will update review with how it lasts in time. For now 10 stars.

Great massager!
This is a great product and I’m using it every day! After getting a different massager from another brand, I sent it back because it did not do any massage or air pressure on toes and heels. This one does! The levels are great and do more than I expected, massage the whole foot, and air pressure all the way to the ankle. The small detachable “foot” that angles it is helpful. All pros! Only one con- The remote needs to be pointed directly at the control buttons and I have to sit up and lean over to do that. Easy enough for me, but for someone with a back problem it may be hard. Still, it’s a great massager that does what it says and seems durable!

Look Ma, no hands!
I like this thing. I have nagging plantar fasciitis in both feet. My hobby is fitness and my stupid feet are holding me back. The massage is deep and gets to my high arches. I have skinny, high arched feet in a demure size 10 in ladies 🙄 My only complaint is that the power cord is a little loose and pulls out of the fitting very easily. But other than that this feels like a solid hand massage. Would recommend.

Bob and Brad excel at customer service
The foot massager is a great product, but I am writing this review to praise their customer service. The second day that I used the foot massager, I left it on the floor and my young dog chewed the cord in several places. I contacted the Bob and Brad customer service team and was told that they would send me another cord by postal service. The cord arrived within a week, and I received several emails inquiring whether I had received it, and was it satisfactory. Bob and Brad’s customer service is amazing. I was heartsick that my dog had damaged a brand new product, but the response I received from this business is beyond compare. Thank you Bob and Brad Customer Service! I have previously bought several Bob and Brad products, and their quality and ease of use has been uniformly excellent. The foot massager has helped my plantar fasciitis; it is easy to adjust the kneading intensity, air pressure, and heat. It just feels great! The remote control is handy. It is not heavy to move around. I use the massager several times a day while my foot heals, and expect to continue regular use. A wonderful product!

I wear a women’s size 6 and my feet swim inside of this thing. My feet are too small to get proper placement on top of the rollers, which sometimes makes the massages hurt.Because of this, I am unable to fully enjoy what this machine was intended for. Wishing now, that I had returned to sender, and found something more appropriate for myself.This Brad and Bob massager would be a great purchase for men or women with larger feet! Wait until the price drops though. It’s $$$.
