This melatonin works great for my child. I only use it when really necessary, and it helps him relax and fall asleep easily.

These are the best melatonin supplements we’ve found so far; we’re buying them for the third time. Both their taste and texture make them desirable for the adults and kids in the family. The 2.5mg is more than enough. Based on my experience, I believe they are more like 3 to 3.5mg each, making them more sleep-inducing than 2.5mg Dippin’ Dots. Olly Kids Chillax are not that great, and the Goli Dreamy Sleep Gummy have a off-putting rubber texture. Here’s hoping Carlyle doesn’t change their mix at some later date. 👍

Great value & helped with sounder sleep
I’ve tried several brands of Melatonin and found this brand to have the best lasting effects to help my sleep, and the gummies taste much better than others I’ve tried. The cost of this brand is also low compared to others I’ve tried. Definitely recommend!

Great for the rambunctious babies!
My child is extremely active and her energy is although exciting and contagious but it also can put a damper on nightly routine of getting ready for bed. These are safe and low dose but help her start the wind down process. It’s not something that she just passes out in the living room but she will slowly start to get tired and come to me within about 30 minutes or so to tell me it’s bed time. And apparently they taste good because she likes to lick them like candies lol
