Not for side sleeping
Not a side sleeper pillow, does not give/allow accurate comfortability as described for side sleeping. Causes more pain than comfort. Okay for back sleeping, definitely not for side sleeping, as the curvature of the pillow and ability for arm placement are lacking. Pillow is firm for its intended purpose, yet soft. Removable casing is soft with a velvety touch. But the support is not there and very uncomfortable for side sleeping.Shipping was accurate and fast, housed neatly in a compressed packaging. Took only minutes to expand fully, with no foul odors.

Such a comfortable pillow
This pillow is incredibly comfortable and such a relief for my neck. I have some cervical spine issues and traditional pillows put strain on my neck by forcing me to sleep with my head at a weird angle. It is hard to reposition myself in bed without having to adjust my pillow by a lot. This pillow has been a great solution and I’ve been sleeping so much better since I began using it. I love how it con sleep in any position and the curvature and support always feels perfect. It is suitable for any style of sleeping, whether that be front, back or side. There are 2 directions to place the pillow, depending on how much neck support I need. I prefer the lower side, it feels just right for my neck and allows my head to rest comfortably in the divot. The cover feels soft and comfortable, the material is thick and it feels made to last. I’ve already washed it once and it felt even softer after washing. I tend to sleep warm and this pillow and cover have a cooling feel to sleep on. It is just a super comfortable pillow and one I think anyone could appreciate.

My lower back suffering from acute back pain and tension. I have been searching for a pillow that is supportive enough yet comfortable for the shoulder and neck. I am happily surprised only a couple of nights sleeping on this pillow. I could feel the difference waking up without stiffness or tension . The contour design supports my head and neck perfectly lying on my side or back. It’s firm yet comfortable. The cooling pillowcase is breathable so my head does not feels trapped in heat. This is an excellent pillow with total neck and cervical support highly recommend!

Comfortable and cooling but took time to adjust
I’ve been using this memory foam pillow for about a month now. The pillow arrived compressed in a box and expanded to full size within a few hours after unpacking. The dual-height design offers two options – a 4 inch firm side and a 3.45 inch softer side. I can flip it depending on preference. The high-density memory foam feels substantial and provides good support. It took about a week for me to get used to the ergonomic shape compared to my old flat pillow. The first few nights felt different but after the adjustment period it became comfortable. The triple-layer pillowcase with cooling technology does help with temperature regulation. I tend to sleep warm and the pillow stays noticeably cooler than my previous pillow. The breathable mesh panel promotes airflow. On warmer nights the cooling effect is more apparent. The pillowcase is soft against the face and the cotton-polyester blend feels smooth. The removable pillowcase with zipper makes cleaning easy – I’ve machine washed it once and it came out fine without shrinking. The memory foam itself has maintained its shape well after a month of nightly use. No visible flattening or loss of support in the areas where my head rests. The foam has a slight initial odor when first unpacked but it dissipated within a day or two. After a month of use this is a comfortable pillow with good temperature regulation and durable construction. The adjustment period was real but worth working through.
