This foot massager was clearly used. There were no instructions, and the charging cord was missing. There is a sticker over the power button on the new one and the sticker on the used one is in another location on the deice. Kinda gross for something that is used on feet. I purchased one as a gift and one for myself so I knew that one of the items was used. The massager is ok, I turned it on and what disapointed me is that the massaging balls do not go up and down they just spin one way and then another way. I can’t speak to how it feels on the foot I wasn’t going to try it….
