Significantly Reduces Back Pain Quickly! The three heat setting and three vibration settings are very effective at severely reducing lower back pain! It feels soft and comfortable, not bulky, and is made well. It lasted for 2 hours on the first charge, and has been consistent on the next two uses. I highly recommend this product!

I needed this product for years and didn’t know it. Superior to those heating pads and it also massages. It also gives amazing support for the lower back and helped greatly if you have back spasms . It has 3 heat settings and the hottest gets very hot. Highly recommended

I am amending my review. The seller contacted me and sent me a replacement belt. They did not have to do that , and it was much appreciated by me. When this product is working , it is great, gives my back much needed pain relief. The heat feels good, as well as the different vibration levels. It has helped tremendously with easing pain(June, 2024 I ordered this in Dec last year, but did not use it until a month ago. Well, it worked for several weeks and now it is dead in the water. I will fully charge the battery, but the connections must be bad because it won’t turn on, even though the battery is fully charged. DO NOT BUY!!! It worked great WHEN it worked.)

This is a dupe of a super expensive heated massage back support! I have had over a month, I did get another battery pack that lasts a bit longer but the one it comes with works great, just has to be charged often. Btw the power pack is just a pack that people use for charging their phones etc. I have sciatica and lumbar back problems so I literally live in this belt and it’s held up 24/7 use basically, some nights I sleep in it wake up turn the heat on (level 1 is fairly hot) occasionally level 2 but have to turn it down because it get WARM! The massage is great I prefer the first choice of constant massage vs a stuttering type massage.Buy it, save yourself the money of an expensive belt!UPDATE – I really love this item but this is second one that has had issues with cutting off or not being able to utilize the heat and massage and someone with chronic pain and autoimmune I use it often! Sad but I’ll be trying another vendor because I can’t continue to replace like this!

Miracle helper for debilitating period pain – died after 1 year 7 months
This has truly saved me when it comes to my period. I have cramps so bad that I can’t walk. That isn’t an exaggeration, I truly cannot walk even with help because my cramps are so bad. Just starting with this in case someone thinks “oh sure maybe if you have baby cramps it works.” Also, I have a big stomach. With the expandable strap, this fits perfectly and the heat and massage is enough to get through the stomach fat to my muscles and uterus. Between this heating pad, all the OTC pain relievers on the market, and a gummy, I can actually get through my day now. By far the heating pad is the most important component.I make sure to charge the power source the day before my period starts. I will say that if you use it continuously it does need to be recharged about every 4 to 5 hours. That’s with me having it on heat and massage both the whole time (yes, not recommended but if you have pain like I do then you know how it is.) Since it’s just a power bank, you may be able to plug in a different one as a backup but I haven’t tried it. (Edit: I tried it with a power bank and it worked! I now keep a backup at all times!) Even the lowest setting can make my skin really hot (it’s that powerful), so I always wear thick sweat pants and a long shirt so I have multiple layers of fabric between my body and the heat source.There are other heating pads that you can strap on your body that are smaller and aren’t noticeable under clothing. This is not that. Those ones weren’t big enough for me and weren’t powerful enough either. This is a heavy duty one that I wear on top of clothing while working from home. If you’re worried about aesthetics, this is not the right choice for you. But if you have pain as bad as I do, I suspect you won’t care and will simply do anything for pain relief. If that’s what you want then I can’t recommend this enough!Edit: it’s been nearly a year now and still going strong! Works just as well as ever and I now keep a backup power bank so when one dies I just throw it on the charger and plug in the other one. This heating pad gave me back the week that my period used to steal from me and I will forever sing its praises!Final edit: 1 year and 7 months later the buttons are malfunctioning. It started a couple months ago where I had to press both buttons twice for them to work. Now I have to do it over and over until it finally works and I can see the lights in the panel glitch a bit. Everything I said above is true and I’m buying a new one. To be clear, I used this every single month for 5-7 days about 8-16 hours at a time. If you only use this occasionally it’ll probably last much longer. Conversely, if you plan on using this every single day for back pain, this might now be as durable as you’d like. It’s still a 5 star product for me.

The battery pack is just awful it doesn’t last long at all. Charging takes 6 hours and even on the lowest heat setting this doesn’t last more than a couple hours. The belt heat however is surprisingly good. Hot enough on the lowest setting that if it is on direct skin and you are leaning on it then much more would burn so that’s great heat. The vibration is quite nice but it is loud for public use. But overall with another battery pack this does give good heat and vibration. For the price I’m pretty annoyed with the cheap rubbish battery pack.
