Perfect massager for neck and shoulder pain
I absolutely love the HEYCOOL Cordless Neck and Shoulder Massager. No more being tied down by cords or outlets. This Heycool Is HeyAwesome!
This Heycool neck & back massager is excellent! It does a great job of getting between the shoulder blades. You can also scoot it around to find the perfect spot on your back. Being cordless is a great feature, too. Takes about 3 hours to fully charge, then you’re good to go. This Heycool is easy to use, provides lots of relief, and is a great value. It’s quiet, feels well- made and It’s also portable, so you can it with you. If you have tense shoulders- or upper back tension- this device is the perfect solution.

Feels like a real massage!
The neck massager is so comfortable that it feels like actual hands massaging my neck! It is very durable and strong enough for my neck and I really love using the massager on my lower back. It has various speeds and I have yet to find a favorite speed as they’ve all been relieving for my aches and pains after a hard days work. I have been researching and trialing various massagers for my neck and finally found the one. I love that it is cordless and I can walk around the house with it if I need to. It’s also a great bang for the buck!

A Must Have for Tension Relief
This is the massager I was looking for! As someone who carries stress in the neck and shoulders, having access to something that can provide relief without needing to lay down on the ground or pull out heavy equipment has been a game changer. I love the fact that I can put this around my neck, turn it on, and feel it working. The massagers are strong and go deep enough to feel relief in the muscles. I appreciate the fact that it has options for heat including no heat at all. I also appreciate the three different massage modes, though I find myself always choosing the one that is the strongest. Aside from all the great features on this neck massager the one thing that probably makes it a must buy is the fact that it is cordless. No more being tied down to one location because you need to be near an outlet. Simply charge this and you can experience an amazing neck massage from anywhere. The massager comes with loops at the bottom to hold it right in place where it feels the best for you. You can also use it around your waist on your lower back which also comes in hand. There is a strap with a buckle snap but I’m not sure what it’s meant for. It would have to be for a large individual if it was meant to hold the massager in place around the waste.All in all, I am very grateful for this piece of equipment and I use it regularly. It’s definitely worth the purchase!

It has some great usability features that I love!
I have been using this for a week now and I love it. I have owned two similar products in the past and there are a number of features that make this truly stand out head and shoulders (no pun intended) above those:1. I love that it is rechargeable – I am not tethered to an electrical plug! This makes it so much more versatile and ensures that I use it even more often.2. The heat function – it really adds to the relaxation. I keep it on the high setting all the time and that is plenty!3. I initially missed the usefulness of the elastic strap – it is a huge feature! All the other products like this I have previously used required me to hold onto the straps to keep it pulled down onto my neck. But, with the elastic strap I can strap it on and just “wear” it while I go about my day. Also, I am a big guy (6′ 5″) and I note that the elastic strap was long enough for me.4. With some experience I have found I can get it to massage different muscles. My favorite is to slouch just a bit in my high-back office chair (to pin the massager against the seat) and then look up at the ceiling – that moves the massaging down between my shoulder blades even more – that is something I just love. Another trick is to loop the elastic through my belt in the front – this changes its angle compared to when the elastic goes around my back and hits my muscles differently.Overall, this is great product. The differentiators for me are the elastic strap and its uses and the recharge ability!

Heycool Neck Massager with HeatI’ve been using the Heycool neck massager for a few weeks now, and overall, it’s a handy little device with a few limitations.Pros:• The massage intensity is strong and effective — definitely a highlight. It really helps loosen tension in the neck and upper shoulder area.• The built-in heat function is a great bonus, adding a soothing element to the massage and enhancing relaxation.• It’s lightweight and easy to wear, making it convenient for quick use at home or even while sitting at a desk.Cons:• The massage area is somewhat limited. It doesn’t cover a wide portion of the neck or shoulders, so it’s best for targeted relief.• Each session is capped at 10 minutes, which might feel a little short if you’re really tense or in need of a longer massage.• Battery life could be better. With both the massage and heat features, I can only get about 3 to 4 uses before needing to recharge. The heat doesn’t seem to drastically drain the battery more, but the overall battery capacity is still on the low side.Final Thoughts:If you’re looking for a compact, effective neck massager with heat for short, targeted sessions, this is a good pick. Just be aware of the battery limitations and the short session length. It’s not a substitute for a full massage, but it definitely helps with day-to-day neck tension.
