Surprisingly effective
I’ve been taking THC gummies for sleep for several years and decided to try a melatonin supplement instead. I landed on these. I take one about 30 minutes before bed. I’ve been taking them for a month and an very pleased with the results: good sleep, easy to fall back asleep after getting up in the middle of the night, good dreams.

I slept… I guess it works
I took this and slept through the night, even when I’d been waking up with hot flashes. I’d say that was helpful. To be honest I was already tired, but had just received these and wanted to try them… but it was definitely nice not to wake up in the middle of the night. It’s been a long time since I put my head on my pillow, and the next thing I know I’m waking up in the morning

LOVE Them!!!
Decided to try these instead of a way more expensive brand that is also blueberry flavored, because I was sick of paying so much.. These are amazing!! They work so well! They also taste delicious!! Different than the other ones I liked so much, but I think I like them better. It’s a shame blueberry is such a rare flavor for gummies.. I think it’s my favorite. I would give this two extra stars if I could for choosing to give these blueberry flavor over the typical strawberry and citrus of almost all other gummies. They are a nice consistency too and don’t stick together. Definitely get it. You won’t regret.

Taste great with no tummy discomfort
Pleasant taste, no tummy discomfort and seems to help. Insomnia is a thing for me and has been for years. Melatonin was recommended to me as an alternative to what I was taking. Gummies are convenient because I try to limit my water intake in the evening as well.

No complaints
These bear-shaped gummies are great for those nights where you just need a little help getting to sleep. 2 gummies is 10 mg of melatonin, along with a variety of other things (see photo of the Nutrition Facts). I find they help just as much as another brand that I spend a lot more on, and I will be switching to using these in the future. The taste is like a berry medley. It says blueberry flavored, but it feels more like generic berry.

Vivid dreams
I find these to be effective. I take 10 mg of melatonin nightly, otherwise it takes forever for me to fall asleep.The first night I took these I took one of these and one of my regular brand (OLLY). I experienced really good restful sleep. The second and third night I took just these. Both nights I had crazy dreams and experienced broken sleep. I was awake every few hours. I’m not someone that dreams a lot and I have not experienced this with any other brand. I’ve always read dreaming is often a side effect of melatonin but this is the only brand that has affected me this way.To me these do not taste like blueberry. They taste like the grape dimetapp I took as a kid in the 80’s.
