My cervical pillow has really made a difference in my life! Prior to buying it, I was constantly trying to massage my own neck and shoulders and do neck stretches. I had two professional massages, but they were costly, were not located in my neighborhood, and didn’t provide lasting results. My neck and shoulder pain would return within 1-2 days.After a friend of mine recommended getting a cervical pillow, I began to feel relief. Best pillow ever! Helped with an ability to stay asleep all night by reducing snoring and tossing and turning. Provides stable sleeping when used correctly. It does get hot and is not a cooling type of foam so be sure to use a cooling pillow case. Appears to be well made and looks like it’ll last a good long while. Already 3 months of use and still looks brand new.

Not for me, but my parents love it!
Bought this for me because I have a lot of neck pain if I don’t sleep right. I didn’t love it, so I went back to my trusty travel size MyPillow. But I gave this to my mom to try and she loved it. Said it’s the best pillow she’s ever had. She let my dad try it and he also loved it to the point that they were fighting over who got to use it, so I had to buy a second one so they could both have one 🙂

Best Pillow I Ever Owned
10 months later and this pillow is still the most comfortable pillow I own! I’m reordering another one just to make sure I have a spare. It is the only pillow I’ve ever used that I wake up without neck pain. Before this pillow I would wrap a towel around my neck just to keep my neck stable while sleeping. It’s so nice to be able to sleep like a normal person again. If I could give this six stars I would. Definitely worth every penny!

I bought one for me about a year ago and it has significantly cut down my neck pain. I bought a second one for my husband and he also has stopped having neck pain.It takes a while to get used to it, but absolutely worth the $.

Worth every penny
I struggled with waking up with a sore neck no matter how many different pillows I tried. It got so bad I started waking up with a headache that’s when I decided I’d try this, I’m so glad I did. It softly cradles and supports my head without feeling hard or restrictive and keeps its shape. No more waking up with a sore neck or a headache! The size fits a standard pillow case and no weird smell at all. I noticed it has a cooling effect I didn’t need it but it’s nice. It’s great quality and well worth the money and still comfy and functioning great after almost a year.

Complicated pillow that never quite worked for me
I do not know quite what to make of this pillow, and by looking at it, you can probably see why. It is not a simple device. A pillow seems like it should be simple, but this one has grooves for your arms, multiple sleeping angles, and a dip for your head.It took me a while just to figure out how to lie down comfortably. I tried for several nights in different positions, but it just did not work for me. Maybe it is the materials, maybe it is me. Honestly, I am not even sure if this thing qualifies as a pillow.

I’ve used it for years now. Basically solved any downsides of side sleeping for me. No more shoulder squish or unsupported neck and even has a slot for your bent arm and head so you won’t even roll at night.

I’ve tried 3 different types of ergonomic pillows and this is by far the best. My neck does not hurt anymore and the side-sleeping is comfortable with spaces for arms on each side. I think that this helped get rid of my frozen shoulder but that could be a coincidence. Highly recommended!
