Better than expensive brands
I was considering buying a much more expensive facial brush, but this one is fantastic. It cleanses well, and the combination of heat and cold is so nice for facial products! I was shocked how quickly I could shift between the heat function and the chill function. Cannot recommend enough!

I love this!! I gave it 4 because the heat and cold function don’t vibrate 😕 but boy do they get hot and ice cold quickly!! The bristles are soft yet thorough and provide good cleansing of face. I use it on lower setting for massaging cream and serum into face. I really hate the whole face and skin routine weird I know but this little gadget is actually fun and I never cease to be amazed at how fast it heats up and when you switch to cold wow!! Instant ice cube!! Love it!! May buy more for my daughters! Birthday or Christmas present

Great product, but can it get wet without damaging the charge port?
I love this face scrubber, but I do have a big concern that wasn’t addressed in the instruction manual: Can this product get wet?It is advertised as “a multi-functional beauty device that can deep-clean… Clean face with facial cleanser, the effect is better.” However, the USB-C charging port is open. What prevents water from entering the charging port and disabling the scrubber? I have concerns about this and I don’t want to risk damaging this product.Other than that, I really like it. It is easy to use! It holds a charge and works well for a good cleaning. The metal plate gets warm/hot or cold (heat or ice) depending on which option you select. It really does feel hot or cold! It was fun to switch between the two modes. I also found that it was FANTASTIC with my cleanser, although I had to be very careful when using and I’m honestly not sure that I would use with cleanser in the future.For $28.99 (at time of review), I felt that this product would be a good value… if there was clarity regarding the water/charger issue. I did appreciate that a USB-C charger was included.
