Easy, travel friendly, thick enough, maybe 3inches too small on shoulders
I keep this n my car for yoga and more. Travels well n suitcase. Bought it for a yoga retreat to Dominican Republic and dont regret it. I chose the one with the poses in each square. Smarter not harder 😉 only a touch thinner in should width.

Love love love everything about it! It honestly is the best yoga mat out there. I love the beautiful pink color, then when done it has a bag to put it in and carry. Not too thick bc it is very comfortable

These are great inexpensive travel mats.They are great to use on the beach or someplace outdoors that you think the mat might get damaged.

Decent for travel (easier than handling a rolled up mat), but fairly thin. Slight odor (not sure how long it takes to off-gas).

Perfect map for on the go stretches
I was on vacation for 2 weeks and I wanted to keep up with my daily stretching, this mat was perfect. It was just thick enough and it folded up nicely to fit into my suitcase.
