It Really Is Leather
As a handbag lover, I took a chance. I have carried designer handbags since 2004 and when I first saw the structure of the “rodeo” I fell completely in love but there was no way I was paying $5k to a brand I find fault with. I have a few of these now in cowboy and burgundy from other sources that cost quite a bit more but were still well worth the price. I knew I wanted the green one so when I found this dupe I bought it. I knew if it was terrible I could always return it since it is Amazon, so no real risk. There are several bad reviews for this product, as well as other very promising reviews. My only qualifications for keeping this bag was for it to be real leather, the right size, and good hardware. It shockingly met all of those things! IT IS REAL LEATHER! I was so surprised. The key bell attachment is definitely not leather and took some handling to get it to straighten out. It is not soft but it looks fine against the bag. I put a coat of conditioner on the bag, filled it with heavy books, and set it in the warm daylight window. This helped achieve a speedy, perfect slouch. The bag style already does this, but I like it to feel really worn in like your favorite pair of jeans. The green color is spot on to the auth and I am very pleased. There were no odors and it seems like it will last a while since it is real leather. It is well stitched, and durable. The only thing missing from this bag, are the tiny letters on the front flap hardware. I say buy it.

Not Real Leather
Not real leather. Amazon will delay return and you will have to wait over 30 days. Beware. I’ve been waiting weeks for my return from this tote bag. Never again.

genuine leather and very well made
The bag is real leather. But it is a heavy leather that needs to break in. The genuine bag this one mimics is made from very soft leather that drapes as soon as you use it. So I have weighed the bag and hung it on a door knob. Tomorrow I will use some leather conditioner and place more weight in the bag. I got the green which is beautiful. This is a small bag for me but holds a lot as it s a medium bag. Really lovely and I highly recommend. The price is excellent!

Good, but not great —
This bag looks cute and reminiscent of luxury brands like Hermes or Fendi– the leather is not as supple as I would have liked and the fold-over flap just barely closes if you put your 13inch Macbook in along with other items. The strap/handle is in a weird spot. All of that said, I like this bag and I get a lot of compliments on it! I have a cute bag charm attached to it which gives it some flair.

Maybe black would have been cuter
Wanted to love this bag, but the leather feel so cheap. I like the shape of it but which it was a little better quality. I’ve worn it a few times but I sadly think it will be gifted or donated

Real Leather. Very stylish and practical.
Bag is genuine leather inside/out. The strap and handle work well as does the turnlock. Received many compliments. Roomy but not a huge bag. 4 months in, the bag is holding up. Casual as well as for work. Highly recommend.

Not leather as described
This bag is not genuine leather as they said in the description. There is a plastic scent to the bag and it is not soft or pliable. I would expect it to be genuine leather at this price point.
