    This is probably one of the best self-care journals that I have purchased. The first section of the journal offers prompts, guided questions, and self-evaluations – all of which is to improve your self-care routine.I found this, not only helpful, but enjoyable! Value/Price for this journal – unbeatable!5/5 stars – for anyone looking to improve their self-care routine or for beginners who are interested in self-care – I highly recommend this to EVERYONE! Self-care is such an important (yet overlooked) aspect of one’s life. Increasing awareness of self-care starts with this book!

    Too much for ADHD
    Not a fan of this journal. Both my daughter and I have ADHD. I have been trying to get us on a schedule and have a self care and gratitude type of journal. Unfortunately, this journal was very overwhelming to us. There was too much going on. I think I need one with just the daily pages. It is hardcover, which is very nice. It would make a great gift but for someone who likes all the extras. Just too much for us. Personal opinion and experience so I’m going to still give it 4 stars 🙂
