Fantastic Heating Pad & Outstanding Customer Service
I suffer from chronic back and neck pain and I’ve tried dozens of different heating pads. Most of them are just ok, which is why I’ve tried so many. No more – I’ve found “the one!”This heating pad from AllJoy is a game-changer and I find myself reaching for it all the time! This heating pad stays where I put it and is long enough to provide deep, penetrating and soothing heat all the way from my neck and shoulders down to my lower back. The fabric is super soft and the cut and fit are outstanding. Plus it’s lightly weighted (3lbs), so the heat really gets in and actually, genuinely, helps relieve my pain. What a relief!I had been using this heating pad for about 2 months when I accidently used it while lying on my Tempur-Pedic pillow. The heat from the pad caused my pillow to melt onto the fabric of the heating pad. I reached out to AllJoy and told them what happened. They responded right away and, quite rightly, very gently advised me not to use memory foam with any heating pad. And then they just went ahead and replaced the heating pad for me – for free. I received the new one just two days after they said they would send it.I am incredibly impressed with both the quality of this product and AllJoy’s excellent customer service. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind its products like this. If you’re looking for a reliable, effective heating pad from a brand you can trust, I highly recommend this one! The best heating pad I’ve tried
I’ve gone through a bunch of heating pads over the years, and this one is hands down my favorite. The size is perfect—I’m 5’3” and it’s almost like a cozy little blanket for my back. It covers everything I need it to without being bulky or annoying.What really makes it stand out is the button and tie closure—it keeps the pad in place exactly where I want it, so I don’t have to constantly readjust it or hold it there. It’s such a simple feature but makes a huge difference. Heat is consistent, the fabric is super soft, and it actually helps with my pain. Highly recommend!

Soft, yummy comfortable, efficient, worth it!
Love this heating pad. It’s like being snuggled as the warmth (many different settings) takes care of what you need it for. The flaps over the shoulder are included in that. So soft.

Good pad, but don’t like the fit
This pad works great. It goes from lightly warm to very hot, has a timer, is soft and cozy. I bought it to replace one I bought a few years ago and gave to a friend. It’s the “weighting” feature I don’t like. I have a weighted blanket I love, but the only purpose it serves on this pad is to create extra bulk in the seems where the weight is. The weight itself isn’t enough to make a difference, because it doesn’t wrap as fitted. The neck snap is what made me decide to return it however. It has one snap in a bizarre place that causes a poor fit. It would be perfect for a huge person with a huge chest, but for me it just causes a gap making it less fitted. If I didn’t have the other one first I wouldn’t have noticed, so if this is your first one, I wouldn’t tell you to not get it, because you won’t know the difference that I’m talking about.

Soft and warm.
This pad works well. Has a long cord on the left side. You can button the two over the shoulder pads together and tie it around your waist. Has 10 temp settings but 6 is plenty high. If you have any numbness be aware of this. You’ll cook. The only draw back to me is they need to make an XL or a tall person size. When I’m wearing it, it’s a little short, doesn’t quite reach the bottom of my spine and it needs to wrap around a more rotund figure. 5 stars anyway. It is great..

Thin, cheap, bulky trim, poorly designed
This heating pad is just a poor design all around.It’s very thin and not at all weighted. Feels cheap. There’s ‘something’ packed inside the trim of the entire pad, and it’s extremely bulky and awkward, but definitely not weighted.The singular snap on the neck part is plastic and will likely break after three or four uses. It’s also positioned just under the top corners on the bulky trim, and both sides of the snap face inwards. Because of this poor design, if you snap it closed it will be positioned so high it covers your mouth and nose. And, because of the bulky trim, it causes the heating pad to bow outwards away from the body, so the pad isn’t actually making contact with the shoulders and the top of the back – the very places people carry most of their tension.I guess if you want to use it to cover yourself like a micro-heating blanket it would be OK, but there will be no using it for pain relief in your back and shoulders.
