There is an additional cover for the buckwheat husk inside. Thanks to the zipper, it is possible to adjust the hardness and height of the cushion to suit your needs – just unzip the cover and sprinkle in a little buckwheat.

To be honest…
To be honest, this cushion wasn’t for me. I really wanted to love it. It’s well made and I’m sure works for many people, but it was too hard for me and uncomfortable. I LOVE the color and it was a good price, so I was bummed about that. It did help with posture, but felt like sitting on a rock. I hope it works for you! It was packed and shipped well, no problems. 🙂

Me lo aconsejó mi profesora de Mindfulness y es perfecto porque al estar relleno de cáscara de trigo sarraceno puedes sacar relleno y adaptarlo a tu comodidad.Lleva el forro de color independiente al compartimento del relleno para poder lavarlo y tenerlo limpio.Las cremalleras se ven fuertes y resistentes al igual que las costuras.Estoy haciendo meditación con él y estoy encantada porque se adapta a mi cuerpo.

Uso este cojín durante varias sesiones de práctica diariamente. Subtsituye un banquito estilo japonés que usé durante mucho tiempo. Puedo decir que este cojín lleno de semillas de trigo sarraceno es bastante más cómodo y ahora sí que me a-sienta (ja-ja) mucho mejor! Es de muy buena calidad, y fabricado con excelentes materiales, y un forro externo fácil de quitar y de lavar. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
