Perfect
This is just what I was looking for. Alaskan wet summer was not fun, but this helped me keep trudging through and keep up with my hikes without breaking the bank on name brand jackets with also being breathable and packable. Fit just right and love the color. Got one for my kid too. Not waterproof, but water resistant and a good windbreaker. Pockets were deep, but not able to be closed.

Kept me dry in the rain
This light weight yet kept me warm on a chilly rainy day. Yes, it kept the water off of me! I even held my arm under the faucet and the water just beaded and ran off. Now, I will say the hood is a bit too small for me. It covered my hair but only when I cinched it up. If you have your hair in a messy bun or clip the hood will not stay on , again only if it was cinched up.

Great windbreaker!
I bought this to go on vacation with in Monteverde Costa Rica (VERY windy area) and it was perfect! Even on a 75° day the wind can blow so much that it will rattle your house and make you very cold. But a sweater seems to warm you up a little too much this was the perfect in between. It’s lightweight and well made but It is NOT waterproof. I would call it water resistant. As in if you get caught in the rain it probably will keep you dry for a few minutes while you find shelter but it is definitely not going to keep you dry in a good rainstorm for any longer than that!

Perfect for Travel!
I purchased this jacket for a recent trip to Europe, hoping for something that would provide good cover but not take up a lot of space in my luggage. This jacket was perfect! It easily smashes back into the included small bag, or could be stuffed into my crossbody when I wasn’t wearing it. When I needed it again, it came back out looking great. Roomy pockets, comfortable fit. I was happy with the quality for the price. I’m sure I’ll use this jacket for my next trip, too!

Let me start off by saying I LOVE this jacket and take it with me every day because it’s so easy to roll up, fold, and carry in my backpack just in case it gets cold or windy. It’s also a great thing to take with you if you get cold on flights as it does a good job of trapping heat in and can easily be put in your bag without taking up space.The reason this is a 3-star review is that this is NOT a waterproof jacket as advertised. At best, it’s water repellent on light days. It does dry quickly, but if you are looking for a jacket that guarantees you will stay dry if the rain gets heavy, this is not it.For a windbreaker that I’ve now had for a couple of years, there have been no rips or tears, and the zipper has held up. The fit is accurate, and I can wear multiple layers if need be, and the color is accurate as well. Overall, it feels great and looks good on. Oh, but the weird drawstrings at the bottom just SOAK UP WATER since they are cotton or something, so those take more time to dry. I ended up pulling mine out of the jacket because they were a hassle.

Sizes are very large
The jacket itself is quite nice. However, the sizing is off. Normally a small would be size 4-6, but this “small” jacket is more like a size 10. For a heavy set person, it’s okay. For a thin person, there’s alot of extra space in there that might not be apprecitated. Also the pockets are in front, rather than on the sides. It does have a lining, but it is water resistant, not waterproof. If it gets wet enough, the water will penetrate the material.
