You’re worth it
Been using this as part of my winter night routine. Helen Mirren said she uses it, thus it went viral & the price went up a little since Dame Mirren professed her love for it. I love it too. Its a luxurious texture, i like the sent but it’s too strong of a smell. This is a balm so it’s thick. It makes my skin look good during the dry months. Nothing else works like it. You put it on at night and wake up with softer skin & a tad bit of a refreshed glow.This has honey extract & royal jelly, calcium, which your skin loves. Shea butter, so that has antibacterial properties that benefit your skin. I love the formula. Don’t feel “drug store” at all. Its a luxurious cream.

This is a repeat purchase. For the money, I don’t think there’s a better overnight moisturizer than this. It smells nice (not too chemical-y or fragrant), and it leaves my skin feeling hydrated in the morning. Whatever L’oreal is doing, I hope they keep it up.

Latest jar seems to have been watered down
I’ve been buying this cream regularly for a while now, and have been quite happy with it. It’s creamy, smooth, has a very light scent and really does seem to make a difference on my neck. But the most recent jar seems more liquidy than previously. The texture has always been consistent – creamy but with some firmness to it, but this last jar does not have that firmness that holds it together. I don’t know if it’s just a watery batch or if they’re fooling around with the formula, ala shrinkflation, by adding more water and reducing other ingredients to save them money, but if that’s what happening, shame on you L’Oreal. I guess I’ll know the next time I buy a jar, but if it’s like this, I might shop around for something else.UPDATE: I just rcvd another jar and it is definitely watered down – much more liquidy and less firm than the original formula, so it does not last as long or feel as effective going on. Clearly L’Oreal has been messing with the formula (using less of some ingredient and more water, no doubt) to save them money and charge customers the same. Very disappointing.

One of the best moisturizers I’ve ever used! For years I always bought high end products then about a year ago I bought this on a recommendation from a friend. I’ve been in love with it ever since. I use both the night and day creams and I constantly get compliments on my skin. Needless to say I’m sold on this…..and I’m 74 years old.

It’s my favorite nighttime routine. It’s rich and creamy. Plus, it feels amazing on my face. When I waKe up in the morning my complexion looks rested, firm and better than it’s ever looked and I’ll be 74 this year.

Love this product
I initially started using this product because it was on sale at a local store. I purchased the day cream, the night balm, the eye serum and the lotion. It has worked very well on my severely dry skin. I love the night balm and use it more than the day balm. I ordered it on amazon, it arrived in good condition. The only thing I am unsure about is was the box was not shrink wrapped however sometimes in the local store the box is shrink wrapped and then other times the boxes aren’t. I prefer to buy beauty products that are packaged securely, and boxes that have been shrink wrapped for safety. The product did not appear to be used and appears to be the “real” deal. I love this product and have been stocking up because Loreal discontinues products that I tend to love. I use the night balm and the soy restoring cream and my face is not as dry as it used to be. I still have to use a serum or oil on my face as I have severely dry skin. I really love the Night Balm. I do not wear it under makeup because it can be a bit heavy and I like my foundation to actually dry versus stay wet. I don’t always use the day cream because of the SPF content. SPF active ingredients tend to make me break out. Loreal has excellent products and I have enjoyed exploring this line over the last year. I switched from Lancome products to Loreal products. (Same Parent Company). I am a deep medium brown complexion, not blemish prone but I am sensitive to sunlight. If you have dry to severe dry skin, the night balm may be a good choice.

Good but….
I think this is a nice product and smells good but, it is a yellow color and stained everything my face touched. Even after many stain removal efforts, soaking, and washings..my pillows and pillowcases are stained yellow. It just looks really yucky, lol! I’ve switched to another product for this reason. If it wasn’t yellow and staining, I would continue to use it.
