Love it! I use it every night and if necessary in the morning. The brushes are soft yet effective in cleaning my face. I generally move right to my night serums and I think my face has benefited from the massage this brush provides as it cleans. I’m addicted. This face scrubber has been a very pleasant surprise. I ordered it a month ago and had doubts whether, for the then-price of $19.99, it would be a decent product. It has exceeded my expectations, and I’m very happy with it. I started it at a full charge, use it twice daily, and didn’t need to recharge until about a week ago. The different vibration levels work well and are easy to adjust. It’s fully self-enclosed and water-protected and therefore fine for use in the bathtub or shower. I tend to prefer using my fingertips for facial washing — a strong personal preference rather than anything negative about the scrubber — but it’s is a big help for washing my ears and neck and makes washing those areas much easier for me than using fingertips. The scrubber’s weight and size feel good in my hand.I haven’t used the heat feature so can’t comment on that. I also can’t evaluate longevity yet. If that turns out to be a problem, I’ll come back and add that to my review. So far, this has been an excellent purchase at a nice price.

Ease of cleaning
The brush is good for cleaning. Although the brush head is somewhat stiff. If you are looking for a brush with a heat function, this is not the brush to purchase. It barely gets warm.
