Fantastic
I have Bonfire and Midnight. They are so great. I can’t imagine why people don’t like them. It feels super smooth on my lips. It makes my lips look and feel healthy and hydrated. A lot of colored lip balms make my lips dryer. Not this! They have literally never felt better. It lasts through the day. I choose to touch up after eating, but it wears out evenly. Not patchy at all. It leaves behind beautiful stain even after the gloss fades. I hope they don’t discontinue this line. I see them on clearance all the time and that’s concerning. I would buy them forever if they kept making them!

The color is lovely. The feel is soft and smooth. The taste is not great hence the loss of one star. it stays put for a couple of hours which is not bad for a lip blush. I bought 2 and will continue to purchase.

Lots of color payoff for a semi-sheer and super affordable.
This is my holy grail formulation: it’s moisturizing like a balm, semi-sheer but has a LOT of color payoff, goes on evenly, lasts well (for a non-long-wearing formula), and wears out gently, instead of leaving a sharp line at the edges of my lips. (And I sip water every few minutes, so I’m hard on lipsticks.)Some reviewers didn’t like the thin lip balm tube. I had no problem with that, and suspect that this is too soft for a standard lipstick bullet shape.Spring is a beautiful bold hot pink that reads darker and cooler on me than in the product photos. Flare is a coral pink/red, which is a little too warm for me but I love how bright it is. (I’m a bright winter, so super bright colors look normal on me, and normal colors look muted. I’ll bet Flare would look amazing on a bright spring.)If this came in a color halfway between Spring and Flare (basically MAC Relentlessly Red in this formulation), this would be my perfect lipstick. As it is, Spring is a keeper, and I’ll keep reaching for Flare when I’m wearing warmer colors.

For Sheer Color
I bought this in Dusk, which is a sheer, shiny bit of pink. On initial application, it provides a pretty little pop of sheer color, with shine, and it leaves my lips looking healthy and fresh. It definitely is not for someone who is looking for a lot of color, but if you like the sheerer look, it’s nice. It doesn’t last very long. It starts to wear off pretty quickly. It is very moisturizing and feels very nice on the lips. Not sticky or goopy. I will use it for quick trips to the store or times when long wear and a lot of color aren’t important. I won’t wear it to work, though. It just doesn’t last long enough, and I like more color on my lips.

My go-to lip product
It’s so velvety and doesn’t dry my lips out like other brands. Doesn’t have a weird taste, the color I chose perfectly matches my natural lip color. It’s like a regular lip balm consistency, no stickiness. This with a gloss is my everyday combo! And I love that it’s a Yuka approved product. One of these lasted me almost a full year so I’d say the price is consistent with the value of the product.

I REALLY like this. There are *sOoO* many balmy tinted lippies out and this is the 3rd brand/type I’ve tried. I like this the most bc the scent is super fruity and delicious, goes on very smooth. I need a subtle every day balm and this is it. Even though it is subtle, it does not lack in pigment. Going to buy a few more !!

I bought flare expecting a hot pink and it’s more of and orange-red pink on me (I having a cool undertone). It is still a pretty colour and nice formula. It’s buildable and I think it leaves a pretty stain behind. It kinda smells like sunscreen though. Not my favourite.

I tend to steer away from matte lipsticks because they’re normally drying and just make my lips look cracked – but this lipstick by Maybelline is the creamiest and most hydrating I have ever seen. Since it’s made with cocoa butter, it applies on so smoothly – it glides like a lip balm would. The formula is vegan and made of mostly natural ingredients, which is really important to me.The shade I chose was Glacier, which is a deep, reddish-brown colour. When I first tried the lipstick, I was pleasantly surprised with how pigmented it was. However, I found that the colour had a slightly more orange tint to it. The colour is really pretty and I will definitely keep wearing it, it’s just not exactly what I had expected based on the photos. I would highly suggest swatching these lipsticks in-store to get a better idea of the true colours of each shade.The lipstick goes on a bit shiny, but as it dries it becomes more matte. I wouldn’t consider it to be a long-wear lipstick as I did have to re-apply it once or twice throughout the night, but since the texture is so creamy I really didn’t mind – it felt like I was just putting on chapstick.Others mentioned that the lipstick smells weird, so I went to get mine to double check, since I hadn’t noticed any particular scent when I first used it. While I can smell a slight scent to the lipstick when I bring my nose right up to it, it’s not weird or off-putting by any means. All makeup has a scent and I wouldn’t have noticed this one had no one brought it up.I will definitely be purchasing this lipstick in other shades – I absolutely love the formula and the texture. The packaging is cute, I love the teal tube but the best part is that it is made of 95% recycled plastic. For $14.99, this lipstick is totally worth it!
