**Update: keeping my post below in ( )’s but wanted to do an update. decided not to use this device after getting out of shower or while taking a bath. so i am guessing that if your body has any water on it, the device seems to act differently. i know it sounds crazy but for me, that is what happened. i woke up after a short nap, did the same conductive gel after washing & drying my face & the device was different. i put the settings on low & the device felt great. no bad prickly feeling but a comfortable feeling. i then put the setting on the 2nd lowest & a really good comfortable feeling. yes, i could see the bluish sparks come from the device when looking in the mirror. after i was done, washed & dried my face, put on a great facial cream & my face looked & felt great. (first review post i did: i do like this alot. even if the device was to give out for charging, i would still use it. it didn’t work well with my conductive gel at all as i felt prickly feeling & not twitching & did see little bluish sparks. this was all on the lowest settings. i redid my washing of my face taking the gel off & used an oil instead & was much better feeling on my face. the reason for getting the device was to use conductive gel but i guess i was wrong. i do recommend if you want to use with an oil but for conductive gel, it is up to the person if they like the prickly feeling on the skin. i saw good reviews on this but wanted to add mine on my experience. will it actually work, that i cannot say but also using on my hands)

Decent for the price
Just received this today, seems to work when it’s turned up to the highest setting, can’t really feel anything under that. So I would say it’s functional and a good one to play around with if you don’t want to spend $200+ on a high end model.

Didn’t work, and I didn’t know
This device never worked properly, and I didn’t realize it until I used someone else’s. By then I was outside of the return window. It is supposed to feel super strong when you put the two contacts in place with conduction gel. Like level 1 should be enough. I was all the way up to top level and felt next to nothing. No vibration on mine either. Because I hadn’t used it before, I didn’t know. If you purchase, recommend the 2 yr protection.

Such a great, inexpensive alternative to other name-brand microcurrent devices. I bought this and was a bit skeptical, but it’s been one of the best skincare purchases I’ve ever made. After the first use, my skin felt tighter and lifted. So far very impressed
I received this for Christmas and have used it twice so far. I can already see and feel a difference in my face and neck. It is getting tighter and more tone. I haven’t been able to feel the electric currents until I have it turned all the way up and am using near the eye area. So this provides a comfortable massage and it’s very easy to use. I charged for 24 hours and so far haven’t had to charge again yet.

The power is nice, works great with Microcurrent Conductive Gel. These devices don’t work miracles, but they do a good job of relieving facial swelling.
