It’s small, doesn’t take up much space, if you’re watching TV you can’t even hear it it’s pretty quiet. It’s nice because the three different massaging heads are basically three different options. If you want a hard shiatsu massage use the middle one. You can move your feet around and hit all the spots that are hurting and it’ll find ones you didn’t even know about. The heat function is awesome but I will say it does get extremely hot so I don’t use it much. But I am crazy about this machine. You can apply more pressure when you need it, the machine will slow a bit but not much. I can’t say enough good about this thing I’m so happy with it.

Great quality product for a great price
My husband purchased this for me as a gift. It is amazing. The heated massage function is so nice. It is a bit larger than most other foot massagers, so it would work for someone with large or small feet. If your feet are often in pain after a long day’s work or for any reason whatsoever (even if they aren’t but you life to pamper yourself on a budget every once in a while) this product is perfect. If you have anyone who works on their feet all day this is exactly what they need. The amount of pain relief for how cheap it is makes it worth every dime plus some.

May not hold up.
Seems great. Like how it works with the reverse direction massage wheel nubs. Appears solidly built. Have had for 12 days since Nov 2 . HOWEVER! Tonight it stopped working after a half hour or so. And I haven’t over used it. Perhaps overheated and shut off? But I’m not in the Sahara desert. I’m in coastal southern California in November. Assumed it was broken. But after a half hour of being off I pressed the button and it now works again – in both the heated setting and the unheated setting. I have until end of January to return and will be watching for future shutdowns. Expect to send it back bjt we shall see. My confidence in its longevity has been shaken!Update December 18. The foot massager continues to work great. Can’t explain the one shutdown that happened a few weeks ago. HOWEVER – the mesh webbing is breaking down in the right heel area. It seems like cheap webbing similar to the webbing that New Balance and other shoe makers have had on the toe of the shoe. It camouflages the layer of white fabric underneath. But I see that below the mesh the layer of white fabric eems to be holding up fine. But still after about a month of reasonable use and being gentle with the unit, I’m concerned about longevity and will probably exchange for an identical one within the return period. None of the others in Amazon seem to be a better design so I”ll hope the next one has better materials or construction. The one priced similarly to this Nekteck seems like a weird design and is flat and not on an incline which I like about the Nekteck. Or Necktek. Or TechNek or whatever it is called. . I must say the rotating wheels themselves are solid and getting the job done.

So glad I gave it a try!
I bought this because it was a little less expensive than other models and I thought, “what the heck, I’ll give it a try.” WOW was that a good decision! I have dealt with foot pain for months and after 20 or so minutes a night for a couple of weeks I had no foot pain at all! At first it was a little painful on my heels (which hurt the most), but using the heat setting and not allowing my heel to rest right on the message points for a week got that taken care of. Now I continue to use it simply because it feels good and is relaxing. My daughter is a high school teacher and is on her feet all day-she also loves this foot massager. Highly recommend!

I am in my ’50s and I work in fast food where I’m standing on my feet all day. This results in sore and tired feet. I have been wanting to get a foot spa or a massager for a while now. I saw this foot and massager and decided to give it a shot.The shiatsu massage does wonders on sore feet. When the massager is running, it’s very quiet. It has a non-heat setting that is slower and a heat setting that is a little faster and more intense. As stated in the product description, it doesn’t heat up instantly but it does gradually warm up while massaging your foot.I did not use it for a long time as I just got it this morning, but so far I’m impressed with it. My feet were tired from yesterday shift still and the little massage that I did made my feet feel a lot better. I tried did the warmer out and it does warm up a little bit but don’t expect it to be hot from the get-go. It is designed to warm up as you are having your feet massaged.The product also comes with a 1 year replacement warranty that you can sign up for. It’s free to sign up. Just go to the website that’s included with the little card in your owner manual.I that may update this review after using it a few times after shifts just to see how it really works out, but so far I think it’ll be perfect.
