Works Great – Highly Recommend!
I’ve been using these for a few weeks and they work great! Love that they’re vegan and made with natural ingredients. The tart cherry flavor tastes good, and they help me fall asleep without any grogginess in the morning.

This stuff knocked me out! I usually have to take 15 mg melatonin and I took one of these and I was out within 30 min. Take it early though because I took it late around 11pm and I couldn’t get up this morning. The gummies taste horrible but I don’t care if it works!

I have added this to my night time routine and I think they may help. Is this the be all cure all for falling and staying asleep, nope, but do I think it helps you fall asleep a little faster, possibly.

Caused chest tightness
Well I so wanted this to work. Gave me chest tightness and anxiety. I drink tart cherry juice at night which does help, so I was hoping this would. It might for others. Im super sensitive to medication

I’m not sure these helped consistently, but it did seem to help me stay asleep a little bit longer throughout the night. There were no side effects and I was never drowsy or hungover feeling the next day like I often am with other sleep supplements . The flavor is good! Tried for 30 days, will not rebuy.

NOKT Sleep Gummies Tart Cherry & Vegan Melatonin Sugar-free Gluten-free Nutritional supplement 30 gummies tart cherry flavor gummy form sleep support. This arrived like-new in a matching red-white box(slightly banged-up from shipping) with a nice inner security seal. Best by date 2/27, 2 years out.The gummies, like other tart cherry chewables I’ve tried, are very dense and tart, sticky, and stick to the teeth. There’s no aftertastes or drying of the mouth. I was a little nervous of how my body would react to the ingredients. I’ve tried GABA, tart cherry, L-theanine, and ashwagandha before individually, but never Hawthorne Berry, Phytomelatonin, or the infamous (Last of Us?) Cordyceps. I gingerly bit half of one and waited to see what would happen. Surprisingly, I was asleep within 30 minutes and slept through the night! Normally I wake up 2-3 times to use the bathroom or toss and turn. I didn’t awake feeling groggy or still tired either.I love that these are sugar free although idk how they stripped the tart cherry juice of its sugars..? I would also recommend double-checking that the ingredients don’t interact with any medications you might be taking since they seem to be a littler more advanced than your average melatonin gummy or pill. Just my 2 cents. I think the performance is pretty decent and better than I expected! But everyone’s bodies are different and may react differently.I took off one star for the high cost(40$ for a month supply). There’s more economical options available to me….but if you are vegan or can’t take regular melatonin, than they might be just what you’re looking for.
