Effective and great tasting
These are great for my teenaged daughter. They are effective in helping her fall asleep when her brain doesn’t want to turn off. She likes the taste and has no problem getting them down. She hasn’t had any noticeable side effects. I think they are a good value for the money.

I love the taste of these. They taste like a sweet tart and smell like a grape candy.They are very effective in helping me sleep.3 mgs of melatonin plus the extra herbs to help me relax are a bargain and I wake up refreshed. Olly Sleep dispelled my previous belief that melatonin didn’t work. This supplement works! I use the quick dissolving tabs and they are tasty. The supplements don’t prevent me from waking up, for night restroom needs, but I fall right back to sleep. There is a little fog in the morning, but nothing terrible and it shakes of pretty quickly.

I purchased this item through Amazon because my store stopped selling this particular product. When I’m having difficulty with sleeping due to work stresses, this product helps to stop the ruminating of the day which helps to improve the quality of my sleep.
