Great Customer Service.
I’m giving this unit 5 stars due to the great customer service I received.I received this item on Thursday when expected but unfortunately the thumb cover on one of the attachments was broken off and none of the attachments could be locked in place. The locking sleeve turned with no attachment in place but not with the attachment there. I contacted the company via the email on the instructions and received a response within hours with a replacement unit arriving today, Saturday.The unit works as expected heating up quickly and I like that it has an actual temperature display and not just numbers to try to figure out. Styles my fine straight hair without frizz on the ends that I was getting from my old ceramic iron.

Comparable to Lange
I got this for my 15 yr old daughter because she kept sneaking mine (which is a much spendier brand, so we thought we would try this and compare). She loves it and especially loves the bubble wand. Makes a perfect wave! I love it too! Definitely recommend.

Decent budget curling iron
Bought this to use because it was on the cheaper side and it has worked pretty well for my hair. Attaching the end to the wand piece is a little difficult but stays on well while you are curling hair.

Buh-Bye L’ange
I was a Lover of all things L’ange. I hated their prices, but their tools are amazing. I had their interchangeable wand and my daughter thought it would be a good idea to change the head, with the power on. It of course fried it. I didn’t have another $200 to replace it. So I started looking for alternatives. I got this hopeful it would be half as good as my L’ange. I felt okay trying it, with the money back guarantee Amazon offers. Y’all… this wand not only met, it’s exceeded all my expectations. My hair will stay curled til I was next (I wash about every 3 days). I honestly wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it is. The only thing I don’t love is the carrying case. There is nothing on the “top” of the pocket to prevent them from sliding out. But as far as the tool itself, this can compete with any of the high end brands for literally 1/4 of the price.

Wasn’t what I expected
When I received the curling iron I realized it wasn’t what I wanted/expected. It looks very nice, but I didn’t look closely enough at the pictures. I did realize that none of the barrels had clips. My hair is short to medium length and I need a barrel with a clip to curl my hair. I am returning the curling iron.

I bought this for my bestie who just started cosmetology school. I chose this one because it is so versatile. It has 5 different barrels to create everything from tight ringlets to soft waves. It also has 10 heat settings. She can easily adjust it depending on if she is working on fine hair, color treated hair, or a synthetic wig. The kit also comes with a case and a heat proof glove to protect her hand.

Honestly works pretty well, which was what i was looking for at a good value. the little stand on it sometimes gets caught up when twisting hair but, it does the trick!

I purchased this Prizm curling iron last year and used it fewer than 10 times. Now it no longer heats up and only shows an “Err” message. Very disappointing — the product broke far too quickly. Definitely feels like a waste of money.
