Good quality product – great customer service
Update- 9/2025. The manufacturer contacted me after seeing the review and sent me a brand new product. Great customer service! I’m restoring it to 5 stars as this one seems to be working well. The one thing that isn’t great is that it doesn’t hold a charge long. So I usually have to recharge it each time I want to use it.Update- I changed it from 5 to 2 stars bc after 3 uses it doesn’t turn on. I turned it on and off about 20 times before it finally came on and I’m not holding my breath for it to keep turning on. Very frustrating!I’ve given it four stars bc I rarely look at the five star reviews. Most of those are from people who haven’t even used the product yet. I’ve used it twice and I’ll update in 4-6 weeks.The product came very nicely packaged. Nice to get something that wasn’t a cheap piece of plastic from China. It looks like the product pictured. There is a charging cord but not a charging block. It is USB. Most of my products are not USB anymore but I was lucky to have one floating around. It charged rather quickly. Directions are clear. (Another pleasant surprise) It is comfortable to wear unlike many of the reviews of the others. This is why I opted to pay more and I’m glad I did. It’s easy to slide a bit so you can move it on your face if you’re worried about too much red light in one spot. The eye protection is great. I’m glad it’s already attached to the mask. One less thing to fumble with. The cordless feature is great so you can move around and do things including watching tv, reading, or working on your computer. It has an automatic shutoff at 15 mins so you can overdue it if you happen to doze off. It has four colors for different skin. All seems to work well although I’ve only used the red light on my face. So far I have zero complaints. All bulbs are lit. I just don’t know if it will actually work. Tune in later to find out the results.

Great quality and value LED mask
The Red Light Therapy Mask is a sleek, feels good quality, and is wireless with hundreds of LEDs and multiple modes for skin rejuvenation. It’s a solid deal compared to pricier options like Omnilux. It’s not too heavy, easy to use, and great for reducing redness, fine lines, and acne OVER TIME (so don’t expect instant results)… Battery lasts 6-8 sessions, keep in mind, it’s face-only—no neck coverage—but the great thing is that the eye holes protect the eyes from the LED light , so no goggles needed. Perfect for adding to your skincare routine, just be patient for results!

Bad quality , worked great at first but it broke quickly .
Great product but the quality was disappointing. If I am going to spend a pretty penny on something , I expect it to last a lot longer than it did . I am so upset that it already broke and I can’t use it at all now . Why doesn’t it give you the option to return something ?

It’s comfortable, lightweight, and easy to use. The different light modes help with various skin concerns; I’ve noticed my skin looks brighter and more even after a few weeks of use. The wireless battery is very convenient because it doesn’t restrict movement. It’s definitely a good investment for home care.

I love this mask! The silicone makes it comfortable to wear compared to the hard LED masks, and it’s really easy to clean. It feels well made and sturdy. The packaging is classy and the mask itself is nice too. Easy to use with 4 modes to target different skin issues. After using it regularly, I think my skin looks brighter, and more even.
