Unfortunately, I have had this product for a while, but I am just getting to opening it so I am out of the return window which sucks. I opened the product I received in the plastic wrapped box only to discover it does not have the control remote which means I am unable to use the mask at all. For the price, not all pieces included, and unable to use-would not recommend at all.
