I actually purchased and now have several months of experience with 2 different models of Renpho eye massagers. This one (gray) and the chrome model with the small windows you can see thru.If you are like me you might wonder if this company backs their product or if they even have customer service at all. Customer service is so essential to a producer and we as consumers should recognize that more often but usually don’t until we have a problem. Rest assured, the customer service is great, fair, and quick to respond.As for the massager it’s very nice for tired eyes and headaches. You can even slide it up over your forehead and use it that way for better temple coverage. If you have a larger head, like me, this one fits well. I can also use the Chrome peephole model I mentioned earlier but is a bit tight on my nose bridge and the compression is more limited (but not as bad considering there are windows taking up some massage surface area!). So my wife prefers the chrome one since she has a smaller head and long eyelashes (for you ladies that were wondering). It has yet to cure a migraine in our household but it will at least feel a little better. It has cured a headache or two and feels great for strained, tired, computer screen tortured eyes like mine. It’s very relaxing, but I don’t like the music, so I silence it and select the high heat option. I wish the motors were quiet but it is the nature of the way it works. An air pump fills pockets in the mask in different sequences and intensities to provide the massage feel. The chrome one also adds a vibration pulsing massage than I don’t use, not a fan. If they made it quieter, added more air pockets to go further to the sides of the head close to the ears, and added feature to save your last settings (mine would be no music, high heat, strong pressure) that would be even better. I will be watching Renpho for new model changes and will be the first to order if they improve these.

Game Changer
I wish I had this years ago! I had Rhabdomyosarcoma behind my left eye as a kid. With all the problems it lead me to getting a prosthetic eye on the left side. My right eye I am legally blind and I have Scleritis. I have migraines to add on top of everything as well. If I would’ve had this years ago it would’ve been a game changer even more then! I received it in the mail today and I instantly used it. After a few seconds I started to feel an instant relief in my right eye. The only complaint I have is when I connected it to my phone and tired to skip a song like the instructions told me how to do it the song only paused. I think it will just take a little bit of time to play around with it though. I do like the spa type music that plays on it better though. I wish the timer was a littler bit longer ,but I assume for safety reasons it’s the way it is. I HIGHLY Recommend to anyone that has migraines, dry eyes, prosthetic eyes, any eye problems at all! This is honestly probably the best purchase I have made in a very long time! No more of having to constantly ask for a hot rag!

Not a Gimmick. Actually quite valuable.
I was having quite a bit of problems with dry eyes. Even into the late morning, I had to strain reading my computer screen. I was using eye drops but still having problems. I found out about it from a friend.I was skeptical about it and even more so after I found my eyes to be almost all the way better after a couple of days using it. So, I didn’t use it for one day. My eyes reverted right back to the way they were. It just so happens that I had my annual eye exam. I mentioned the dry eyes and the massager to two different people, one the doctor, at the office. Both of them highly recommended the use of an eye massager. I, too, wholeheartedly recommend it.I like the lower pressure better. There is some noise, but I’ve fallen asleep to it often. I have used the “spa” music. If you follow through on hearing the notes, it is meditative. The doctor spoke most highly about the heat aspect. So far, I only use the low on that. It fits snugly and charges easily.

Great product but not without flaws
I suffer from severe dry eye along with headaches and overall tension so I was super excited to give this a try! Plus Renpho is a brand I trust and believe in overall!The heat is great and so much better than my microwaveable mask used for dry eye and the fabric is soft and doesn’t get dirty as it’s kind of a leather like fabric.The compression also great and you do feel like little sinus finger taps!Vibration is eh I don’t use it, it just seems like a lot. And this thing is LOUD! My husband is a bear so it doesn’t bother her too badly but it’s not ok if you sleep next to someone who would hear noise like a cpap machine.But let’s chat about the music! As others stated it’s bad like super bad! And if you don’t have it hooked to Bluetooth ahead of time it just comes on. It says it saves settings but not the music. And it can be turned off but you have to figure out the buttons. Along with the lady voice that tells you everything it’s doing (on, off, compression, etc) it’s not great and again loud.It does save the mode you were on which for me is heat and compression but I have to turn the compression to high every time it goes on and then the lady has to tell me that the pressure is high. Heat stays at high though.There is not an indicator telling you the battery level so I get wary that I’m going to need it and it won’t be charged.15min can be so short and it recommends up to 20min so why not give me 20??? Or let me add on instead of the lady just turning me off!I got this on a sale and I think I got a good deal for what I paid for. I would give more of a 3.5 star as I went from a 4 to 3 as I wrote. The flaws are not great but the benefits make it well worth buying!
