I first purchased the Renpho Eyeris 2 Eye Massager in 2023 after struggling with frequent migraines. From the very first use, I was amazed at how effective it was. The combination of gentle air compression, heat therapy, and soothing vibration provided immediate relief and helped reduce the intensity of my headaches. It quickly became a staple in my self-care routine.Unfortunately, after about a year of regular use, the device stopped charging. I reached out to Renpho’s customer service, and I was genuinely impressed by their responsiveness and professionalism. They guided me through several troubleshooting steps and were incredibly helpful throughout the process.Since the Eyeris 2 was no longer functional, I decided to upgrade to the Renpho Eyeris 3, and I’m so glad I did. The Eyeris 3 builds on everything I loved about the previous model and adds even more thoughtful features. It includes voice control, a removable cooling gel mask, and improved heat and compression settings. The voice commands make it easy to switch modes hands-free, and the cooling option is perfect for days when I need to reduce puffiness or eye fatigue.Renpho set itself apart from other brands by the product quality and the consistent relief it provides for my migraines. When I use the Eyeris 3 I feel as though I am transported to a dark, quiet, and warm environment that helps ease tension and block out light (two major migraine triggers). Using it at the onset of a migraine can significantly reduce its severity and even prevent it from escalating.Whether you suffer from migraines, tension headaches, or just need a way to unwind after long hours of screen time, I highly recommend the Renpho Eyeris 3. It’s portable, easy to use, and offers a spa-like experience at home. Plus, with excellent customer support and a range of models to suit different needs and budgets, Renpho has truly earned my trust.

Could be better, but great for what it is!
I saw this product being advertised on TikTok, and as a sufferer of pretty frequent migraines, I was very eager to give it a shot. For the most part, I do enjoy it very much, but there are a couple of things that I feel could be improved upon.1 – This model of the Eyeris comes with a “cooling pad” if you want cold instead of heat. But I personally found that the provided cooling pad only stays cold for about 5 minutes, so I wasn’t especially impressed with it. (Pro tip: I have a compression “headache hat” that I keep in my freezer and that usually stays cold for about an hour. I put on the headache hat and then put on the Eyeris, and it’s freaking awesome)2 – The heat function is awesome, and I am sure they are following some sort of guideline for a recommended temperature for the eyes. But for me, the “high heat” setting isn’t hot enough for me. It would need to be like 50% hotter at least, but that is absolutely a minor gripe. It’s not their fault I like my eyeballs well-cooked. :P3 – The Eyeris has three “programs” – Tension Relief, Retinal Protection (eyes only), and Rejuvenation (temples only). Each program goes through a rotation of about 5 or 6 different “massages” before looping back around. Some of these massages just aren’t that great – there is one that applies the pressure, and then does what I can only describe as a “stutter.” It’s really offputting and takes away from the relaxation. Meanwhile, at the VERY END of the Tension Relief cycle, there is a massage that runs from under your eyes out to your temples, and this feels AMAZING. But it only lasts for about 20 seconds, and that’s a real bummer. It would be really nice if you could cycle through the different massage patterns and set it to one that feels best for you.4 – Many reviews have pointed out the amount of noise the machine makes, and my opinion on it is mixed. The noise the compressor makes on this is noticeable, and if it were any louder I would have complained. But I find that after a few minutes, I can tune the sound out sort of like white noise. It’s not that bad. Especially if you use the Bluetooth function to put on your own sounds.5 – This model has some features that I would consider to be completely useless – the “vibration” function is not especially enjoyable and not really worth having on, and the voice control is absolutely not necessary. I don’t have the patience to try and memorize the various voice commands, let alone try and remember them when I have a migraine.Overall, I am happy with my purchase, and find myself looking forward to laying in bed and getting my nightly eye massage.

I am not a gimmicky/gadgeting type of person and was super hesitant to purchase this…but I can honestly say that I love this eye massager! After a long day, this is perfect! It feels like fingers massaging around the temples, above and between your brows. So relaxing! The various options of heat/pressure/vibrate (combined or separate) is great. There are two music options (one including nature sounds) along with bluetooth. It does have a bit of a whirring sound, but I honestly find this relaxing. I originally bought this for my husband as a gift and he loves it…but (unexpectantly) I end up using it just as much.

I originally purchased one of the basic models of the eye mask and unfortunately it was defective however RENPHO handled the situation like prose were quick to refund me my money but before they even had the opportunity to do that, I upgraded to this model. Keep in mind that again they handle the situation perfectly. The money was refunded before the new one even showed up. Have you purchasing this model it has been a game changer. I have multiple issues, particularly pertaining to sleep, including falling asleep being the biggest factor. I put this on at night and I love the ability to be able to rotate through the different things that I need. Whether it’s pressure and heat all three functions, heat pressure, vibration, etc. I’m amazed that there is the option to choose between the volume level, if not any and the option for Bluetooth to hook up to my own music. If I don’t find their music working, but it is quite relaxing, I’ll tell you that much. Overall a 5 out of 5 stars hands down. This is probably done wonders for my sleep as it puts me to sleep within 20 minutes. Not to mention as a woman, it’s been great for the areas around my eyes for fine lines and looking puffy in the morning. The only thing that I wish they would adjust is that it only goes for 20 minutes and automatically shuts off what I loved most about. The original model that I bought was that I had the option for it to go for an hour which lasted longer after I went to sleep. There are some nights where I struggle with falling asleep within the 20 minute time frame. With that being said, I still give this unit 5 out of five stars and I will definitely be repurchasing it in the future.

I had this sitting in my shopping card for a while and when the price dropped by $30, I grabbed it. First the PROS – it’s comfortable and I can totally see how people who suffer from migraines would enjoy this. The pressure is just enough to get a really good eye and temple massage. The heat makes it even more relaxing and have found myself keeping the mask on even after it’s completed it’s cycle because of comfortable and relaxed I feel. As for the CONS – the device is NOISY which makes it quite distracting at first. There is built in music or you can connect to Bluetooth and stream your own music but the the sound is faint and muffled by how loud the motor is to operate the device. The power buttons on the outside are SUPER sensitive which means one slight move and you’ve changed the setting forcing you to take off the device to reset it. THere should be a pause before the device starts but the moment you touch the ON, it’s moving. Not a huge issue, but a bit annoying. Overall, it’s a pretty good device. I’ve used it several times and am starting to NOT notice the loud motor. It does what it says as far as relaxing your eyes and temple so for that alone, not sure it’s worth the full price of $90 CDN but at the discount rated I bought it at, it’s good.
