Unique in a good way
This is pricey, but it is the cleanest, safest and competes with other high end brands in color pay off and wear. It has a unique case, in which you can only raise the lipstick about 2 mm. If you click it up higher, the lipstick will lose its shape. It just takes some getting used to. It has an amazing texture, when applied. It feels cool And almost like water, because the ingredients are so natural and hydrating.

This RMS product is amazing. It feels cool & moisturizing on your lips. Once it sets, it stays on for most of the day. It will transfer slightly to dinner napkin. True to color.

Hate to give bad reviews
I hate leaving a bad review but I have to be honest. The picture makes you think this will be a moisturizing, glossy finish lipstick. It’s not. It’s matte, very drying and despite that, bleeds. Awful. Color is gorgeous but the formula is bad.

Love the texture and pigmentation
Just the right amount of pigment, nice balm, not greasy and doesn’t run up my lip likes! Great texture, quality and feels good. Love RMS!

Drying and cloying lipstick
I bought this lip serum after listening to Rose-Marie Swift, the owner of RMS Beauty, rave on and on, as she’s wont to do–she’s hardly self-effacing–about the benefits of this cosmetic. In particular, she spoke of its deep color, its juiciness, etc. I was intrigued as I have a particularly dry mouth, and lips. My disappointment was palpable as this product was dry, dry, dry. I also found the lipstick somewhat difficult to apply due to the shape of the stick. There were be no future purchases of RMS cosmetics for me.

Does moisturize.
This does both stain and moisturize. It goes on with the feel of a liquid, and unlike other lip stains, it stays moist and doesn’t fade or get dried out. That is a big bonus for me, you can really feel the moisturizer when you put it on. I had expected it to dry out, but it doesn’t. It stays both moist and matte, and lasts. The colors are a little bright for me, but I wear them anyway because they make me happy. My friends do try to get me to cut it back on the bright colors, but no, I am really happy with these. If I really do need to tone it down, I use a tinted lip oil to cover.

I ordered Melanie because it looked like a slightly peachy pink but it is very orangey peach; not for cool skin undertones

Disappointed. It is no where near the colour used in the product photo. Not at all the colour I was looking for. Very expensive, disappointed with my other RMS item as well. Will not be repurchasing from RMS. Duds.
