Comfortable Support
I am a fluffy pillow lover, but I’ve had to use memory foam pillows on and off for years. When my neck goes out due to a shift in filling from a traditional pillow, a memory foam is the only thing helps, even more than a corticosteroid injection into my neck. My old memory foam pillows were like sleeping on a slightly soft box.I looked around and decided to try the Royal Therapy Memory Foam Pillow. I was pleasantly surprised. It was soft while still providing excellent support for pain relief. I could sleep on my side or back. It’s relatively light weight, and the perfect height with two support curves. I also appreciated that I could adjust the height of the pillow if needed. The other memory foam pillows that I purchased had a strong smell. I had to leave them out for a week and still use two pillowcases. The Royal Therapy only had a slight smell that was gone in about two days. I would definitely recommend.

Comfy and neck pain is gone!
So far it’s been about a month using and I can say I sleep amazing now! My neck pain has disappeared. it’s super comfy! Way worth the money! Thickness is perfect as you can customize what works for you. I toss and turn all night and no matter whether I’m on my side or back it supports my neck perfectly.

Beautiful Pillow nice pillowcase!
My King size pillow came out of the bag compacted and once open expanded and took shape! I haven’t slept on it yet! It looks quite comfortable and the pillow case is soft with a zipper! I’m letting it breath and expand and its taking shape before my eyes. Will keep you posted on how it will be to sleep on!

Above average and great comfort
This is a great pillow but not the right fit for me. I need a firm or medium firm fit. I slept well but still needed a bit more support due to spine issues. I would buy this product again just not for me. We’ll made product & no smell.

My neck pain is finally gone!
The Royal Therapy pillow has truly changed my sleep. Its ergonomic shape fits me perfectly, whether I’m sleeping on my side or on my back. I used to wake up with constant neck pain, but ever since I switched to this pillow, I’ve been waking up feeling comfortable, rested, and pain-free. The support is firm yet gentle, and it keeps my neck aligned all night. Definitely the best pillow I’ve ever used!

Where have you been all my life?
A bit of background here, as I think it’s relevant. Analytical review after:I have a minor medical condition which means if I run short of sleep for a bit, I risk having multiple days of down time to recover. I have the same responsibilities as most, keeping a career on track, keeping relationships healthy, and keeping myself in a good mindset as I navigate the seas of life.I’m a middle aged 6′ 0″ male, with wider shoulders than average. (No, I’m not saying this because I think I’m anything special. I just have naturally wide shoulders.) I’m a side sleeper, and have always battled keeping my neck aligned to avoid snoring, or awakening due to needing to reposition. I’ve been through all the sleep studies. Apnea, if present at all, is quite minor. In recent years, as I’ve learn more, I’ve gravitated to firmer, thicker pillows. Those with conventional designs helped, but didn’t fully correct the sleep issues.Recently, I ordered an inexpensive contoured pillow, to test this sort of configuration. I was shocked how much this improved my sleep. My wife noted I snore less often, and am more difficult to rouse from a deep sleep. Good signs. The cheap pillow was beginning to soften a bit too much, and also was not quite tall enough. I used it with a very thin pillow underneath.Armed with all this information, I began to research premium pillows, looking for more height, and customer feedback indicating good durability. I tend to watch my budget, but I recognize the importance of good sleep, so I wasn’t averse to investing a few hundred dollars if I felt it would improve my rest. I found Temper-Pedic was once considered the gold standard, but it appeared something has changed in their production process, with users noting newer pillows didn’t match up to their older versions.In digging around, I found this Royal Therapy pillow. Because the max height was considerably more than the pillow I was replacing, I was concerned it may be TOO tall, so the ability to remove layers if needed was a good feature for me. I needn’t have worried. This pillow feels like it was made specifically for me, though obviously it was not.I no longer need an extra pillow beneath. I do not snore when using this pillow. I do not toss and turn. If I had to nit pick, the memory foam can be just a tad warm at times, but nothing which seems to impair my sleep. After a week to allow the pillow to break in, it provides the exact same experience as it did the day it arrived. It supports the void between my shoulder and head, keeping my neck and spine aligned, while my head is comfortable. Nothing but sleep, blissful sleep, to allow my body to recover as needed from the daily trials and tribulations we all experience.If I could give this six stars I would, and unless something changes with my physiology or the manufacturing of this pillow, I know where I’ll be procuring the replacement, when this one wears out. Great stuff, and a very happy camper here.

Great pillow, no pillow cases fit!
Love the pillow as I’m a side sleeper and it has virtually eliminated my back and neck pain. After going through quite a few this is a winner.The reason for less than a 5 star review is that try as I might I’m unable to find a normal pillow case that fits and isn’t too big for the pillow. Need a 24″x14″ and none available that I can find.

Snoreless, I’m told .
I was troubled by the light weight of this pillow when it arrived when compared to the heavy weight of my seven year old Tempur-Pedic Breeze comparable pillow. [ I don’t recall what it was named 7 years ago ] But I needed a new good quality pillow that cost less.But undaunted I switched out the old and in went the new to the pillowcase. This one is firm, resists going flat, and of a height that does not let my head fall to the mattress with an uncomfortable arc and resulting in shoulder and neck pain after sleeping on the side of my choice. Occasionally I will sleep on my back, I do not know that until I wake, and wake refreshed there too. Apparently I snore less than before, I’m told, but I stayed awake one night to see if that was true and I did not snore at all! 😴

Es incómodo la almohada para mi cuello o está muy alta o está muy baja, porque la almohada tiene 3 niveles le puedes quitar el nivel del medio ó dejarle los 3 entonces ni uno ni otro lo sentí incómodo y el material de foamy se empezó a romper, a mucha personas les favoreció que bueno solo que yo no corrí con la misma suerte… 🙁
