How to connect the Starfit APP with the scale?
1, download Stafit APP and complete registration;
2, click on “Account” and find “My Devices”;
3, click on the “+” in the upper right corner, then click on the “Bluetooth” logo on the page and you will enter the searching for the smart devices.
4, click on the “Bluetooth logo” on the page and it will go to “Searching for the smart devices”. When you find “Runstar-RX”(bluetooth name of scale), click to complete the connection. At this point, please note that a connected logo will appear on the screen of the scale.

READ UPDATE BELOW TOO! Great customer service! —- I’ve had mine since December and it worked great for about 8 months. Now it won’t measure any of the metrics promised. I’ve done all the recommended things (wet and dry feet, restart it, check battery, reposition feet) and nothing is working. A bit frustrated that I’ll have to buy (a different brand) in less than a year.UPDATE!!!: They reached out to me and are replacing my scale free of charge. Excellent Customer service!!

Pretty good
This has been a great scale. It is accurate on its measurements as long as your surface is flat. You will see different results if you use different surfaces, i.e. carpet, hardwood, concrete. The best results for them to maintain accuracy was on my concrete porch. I use the starfit app as that is what it wants you to use, I have not tried to see if its compatible with others. I also used my FSA card for this, but I definitely think it was worth it. The only downside is if you use it regularly the batteries go pretty quick.

Impressed by my first smart scale.
Great scale. Very accurate. I like the way it looks. Connecting to the app and the scale was very easy on android. The app is called “Starfit” on the google app store. App shows a lot of information. It’s important to stay on the scale to give it time to get all the vitals.

Great functionality for the price, despite semi-difficult app setup.
Even though the app was a little annoying to set up and use at first, it has a lot of great features! So far my wife and I are really enjoying it. I like that it has a tracking feature, you can add multiple profiles after you set up the app, and pair it to the scale.Which is kind of cool because you can see how your body fat, heart rate, muscle percentage, etc are either going up or down each time you weigh yourself.For the price, I think it’s really hard to beat!

All I can say is WOW!! This scales tells you everything about your body and keeps track every time you get on the scale through an app you download to your phone. I would highly recommend.
