I was taking 10mg of another brand, but just 5mg of this and I’m asleep within 30 mins. The flavor is very good, like a candy. I don’t wake up groggy. I’ll keep taking it on nights I struggle to sleep.

These have a nice delicious grape flavor and the fact that they are in gummy form makes them super easy to take!They say “Melatonin” on the front of the bottle in large letters, but the label on the side states that these also contain several other ingredients such as: L-theanine, Ashwagandha and Valerian root, among (several) others.I feel like melatonin, L-theanine and Valerian root all help improve my quality of sleep and I feel like these gummies are effective for me.I like that these state they are 3rd party tested, FDA registered and organic. The manufacturer listed for these is located in China – so I assume that is where these are made as well (although I didn’t see it specifically stated on the bottle or listing).
