Great product but huge package
I really like these gummies—they taste good enough, not like a candy but not bad for a supplement. These do seem like they provide a calming effect especially when used over time. I don’t like that they come in 15 or 30 count when you take 2 per dose, and the package was like half empty looking because it’s so big. But overall, it’s effective and not super costly to take every day. Very fast shipping to NorCal.

Magnesium works better than just melatonin
Purchased these for young adult son at music festival – they worked better than melatonin, permitting sleep despite difficult (noisy) conditions. They are also friendlier than tablets.

gummy’s are now harder infirmary to chew with a different texture
Been consuming these over a year from Amazon.Been very happy using them no grogginess in the morning from taking too much melatonin.The latest shipments in September 2025 had a different texture to the Gummies and are firmer to chew and not as soft and gummy were with the original formula.I highly encourage the manufacturer to go back to the old formula.

CANCELED SUBSCRIPTION: ”MOOD” = terrible formula change
The “Zen” version of these, which we got through August 2025, not only worked great for helping us sleep in a perfectly healthy/perscriber-approved manner, they also had a good flavour and were easy to chew. This new version, “Mood,” tastes awful, like stale liquorice, and it is extremely tough to chew! It gets stuck in your teeth like mad. Between that and the new horrible flavor, I can’t make myself eat more than one (recommended dose is 2). Canceled our subscription. Gotta research a new brand, ugh.

Today is day 4 of using these. Two gummies per night. I got mixed berry. It’s a little more gummy/solid than a fruit snack. The taste is ok. Again not like a Welch’s fruit snack but edible. I fell asleep within 20 mins of chewing them (except one night because I guess I was doing too much around sleep time). I slept for 4 hrs then I got up. Had a very slight sleep headache so I went back to sleep an hour later and got another 4 hours. With adjusted bedtime routine (no lights, rain sounds, quiet) I’m hoping this would put me to sleep and keep me asleep for atleast 6-8 hrs. Will update at end of the bottle (day 15)

Very effective
Love the green apple taste of these. They taste like a gummy treat and are very effective relaxant. I like to eat two in the evening to wind down. Please make even larger size. Love that they contain three active ingredients.
