I think this is an amazing tumbler, I love it. The multi color changing lights can be customized, it makes amazing while sitting out on the porch or putting it in the car holder at night. It also has a drinking reminder feature, especially suitable for someone like me who often forgot to drink. It can display the temperature of the drink to tell me how hot or cold the drink is.

Top heavy but keeps cold
The efficiency of this cup is nice. It keeps drinks cold and ice overnight. The lights are cool, but only work as a reminder if you are in close proximity of the cup to see the light. The lid and all the gadgets make the cup top heavy. It falls over easily when drinks get low or is empty. I prefer a silicon straw, so the tip better than a plastic or all metal straw.

It’s a DUD!
Well, the one I got didn’t work. The rings lit up just fine and it gave me the temperature but no notifications at all.Since that’s the whole reason I got it…I’m returning this one, and ordering another one. Hoping this one was just a dud. If the 2nd one works fine, I will update my review.

Average tumbler with gimmicky extras
I have mixed feelings about this tumbler. The tumbler itself is nice. It feels well-made, and it didn’t arrive with any mystery marks or scrapes on the outside like some tumblers get.- I don’t like that the straw is metal. It does come with a silicone cover for the end, so you’re not putting the metal part in your mouth, and the silicone should keep your teeth safe, but I still don’t like it. Luckily, I have a bunch of 40 ounce tumblers and replacement straws, so I just swapped the metal one out for a plastic one.- The insulating factor of this cup seems average. I typically fill up a tumbler with one whole tray of ice cubes and water every morning when I get up. There’s usually enough ice left over that I can refill the cup once more without adding more ice, and my water stays pretty cold until that cup is finished. With this tumbler, I notice that the water for that last cup doesn’t seem to stay quite as cool as normal near the end. This is subjective, but as I tested this cup out over the last week and a half or so, I did notice it.- I like the water reminder light, but the mood lighting factor doesn’t really make sense. It’s basically a light that stays on around the top of your tumbler for 15 minutes at a time. You can’t choose the color for the drink water reminder; it stays green, but you can change the light color for the mood lighting effect. Maybe it’s just me, but somehow I expected more, especially given the price of this tumbler and the fact that this light effect seems to be the selling point.- If you want to check the temperature of your drink, you have to tip it on its side to make the thermometer protrusion that sticks down from the inside of the cap to make contact with the drink. I understand this, but at the same time, it’s a pain, and I worry that my drink will end up spilling just to test the temperature.- You’re not supposed to submerge the lid because it could ruin the internal electronics. Instead, you’re just supposed to wipe it with a cloth. Given the wet environment and the bacteria from your mouth, this worries me, especially if the tumbler is forgotten at the office or in someone’s locker over the weekend, or if it’s left in a hot car. It’s even more true if other drinks with milk or sugar are in the tumbler rather than just water. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but I feel like you should be able to take this thing apart and give everything a good scrub every once in a while for normal water use and after extenuating circumstances like those described above.Overall, this is an interesting tumbler and I’m happy I got to test it out. It’s cool that it reminds you to drink water by lighting up. It seems to do a pretty good job of insulating drinks (at least in keeping them cold; I didn’t try hot). However, the thermometer and mood lighting feel gimmicky and don’t work as well as I had hoped. I can’t honestly see myself paying $70 for this tumbler, and if I did, I’d be disappointed. It could make a fun gift if you know someone who collects interesting tumblers and you don’t mind the price tag, but that might be the only case where I’d say to go for it.

Great “Advanced” Water Cup
Like just about everybody, I’m trying to drink more water every day. It’s not always easy but this cup has helped. I love the lights and colors. They add some personality to the cup and let me customize it to how I’m feeling that day. Having it tell me the temperature of the water is a fun feature. I especially appreciate the reminders. It is very comfortable in my hand and feels very good quality and durable. My water stays cold all the way through the time it takes to drink it, which is very nice. I really appreciate the little brush to clean the straw. It feels better knowing I’m not using something else that’s going to just be tossed away.
